You can be sure that he's been advised numerous times to exercise caution with his public ad libs, but it's obviously done little good. Obama just keeps on putting that wing-tip in his mouth.
About the only way to stop Obama from shooting his mouth off, is to put a total gag on any public speaking that isn't done with a prepared script (and a teleprompter).
As long as Obama continues to make off the cuff statements, he's going to keep shooting himself in the foot.
IOW...I agree completely! I would have expected his answer to include something about what church he attended/plans to attend or something on that order.

My guess is, the overwhelming weight of logic in the question, "If Obama has nothing to hide, then why won't he show us his birth certificate?", may finally be crushing them.
That simple question certainly destroys all anti-birther arguments. There's simply no logical answer to it, except one: He's guilty of fraud.
There’s still the problem of his former “church”, Wright, ducking out on the national day of prayer and having to be forced to give the appearance of celebrating Christmas at the WH last year. Looks like the majority of America is finally paying more attention to his actions than his words.
Was Blagojevich a federal official? What they finally got him on was exactly this federal statute, but he was acting in the capacity of an ILLINOIS official, trying to sell a Senate seat.
The role a person is playing doesn’t matter; all that matters to the law is whether a federal issue is impacted and whether the person had a legal duty to not conceal. And Hawaii law is clear that it is required that Administrative Rules be posted on the websites of the HI agencies.
And that could wind up being a very good thing for America. It would give the Dems an excuse to withdraw their allegiance to him, then begin impeachment proceedings.
