Just as the healthcare drama in the capitol reaches a grand finale, congressional officials are warning employees to avoid the DRUDGE REPORT!
The Senate's Committee on Environment and Public Works issued an urgent email late Monday claiming the DRUDGE REPORT is 'responsible for the many viruses popping up throughout the Senate.'
The committee ordered hill staff: 'Try to avoid' the DRUDGE REPORT 'for now'.
On Monday DRUDGE served over 29 million pages with NOT ONE email complaint received about 'pop ups', or the site serving 'viruses'.
The site was seen 149,967 times since March 1st from users at senate.gov and 244,347 times at house.gov. [10,825 visits from the White House, eop.gov]
The Systems Administrator may want to continue taking her antibiotic until the prescription runs out.

LOL. The Naked Shower Showdown was classic.
You are on to something, here.
Timing is just right.
“Back in the 90s the Drudge Report sent me to FR and Ive been stuck with it ever since.”
Ditto. January 1998, with the Monica Lewinsky scandal I was at Drudge daily and followed the Free Republic link here.
Now I go to Drudge from here.
The NAZIs did perform genetic experimentations. The NAZIs did conduct breeding programs to ensure continuity of their NAZI supermen well into the future. Heck, maybe there is a long ago blood link between Goebbels and the Emanuel family.
I like that!
I visit Drudge daily... never got a virus.
Next up Obama’s HHS Secretary puts Fox news on banned list because its truth telling causes blood pressure to rise.
That’s such BS. I got to Drudge several times each day and my spyware and antivirus have never given any kind of warning. This administration is losing it’s mind. They are freaking nuts.
hide the truth no matter what........
Have you seen this? I bet there are plenty of virus blockers on the congressional servers. I call B$ on dingy hairy.
Avoid the virus of of truth! It might be contagious and we don’t want it spread around D.C.!
PERFECT!
Thats the Committee that Inhofe is on and he has been blasting the Global warming crowd...wonder if there is a connection...
propaganda!!!
Had a virus alert pop up on a Drudge article I clicked on yesterday. Could have been, or... it could be someone is pasting a virus onto the links, that is to say surreptitiously. Thus, enabling Senate dems to say don’t go to Drudge. It won’t work, but I did experience a virus, and it was from an ABC network source line.
I think it has A LOT to do with Drudges coverage of Rahmbos shower scene yesterday. It was an EPIC day for Drudge. LOL! They dont like it ONE bit.
Great comments, La Lydia and RushIsMyTeddyBear...
Hahahaha! This is so funny.
Sen Inhofe , Republican from Oklahoma is the ranking member of the committee and is going after Al Gore on his Global Warming Campaign...I would guess Boxer would like to reduce the visibility of what he sees to others...might also be the only way his Minority report can be found and read...
