Excellent video commentary on the founding of America, our unalienable rights from God and our Constitution.
Part 1 of a six part series to be broadcast this week by FoxNation.
Thanks for posting. I’m surprised you’re a Napolitano fan, though. Not only does Judge Andrew Napolitano agree with Ron Paul on undeclared wars, but he opposes military tribunal for Kalid Sheik Mohummed.
Well, we’re all allowed our own opinions. In my opinion, our congress did declare war.
Nobody bats 1000. Scott Brown supports abortion rights (no partial birth though)and I will welcome him to the pubbie caucus.
That was an excellent introduction to the series. Thanks for posting.
Unfortunately, since Jefferson’s natural law concept at the time still countenanced slavery, it seems that a large % of the black population thinks that the entire Constitution itself is suspect.
I love that judge. He pretty much said this same thing while sitting in for Glenn Beck this last week, only a little shorter version. I don’t miss Glenn so much when he is out of town now knowing the Judge is going to be sitting in for him. God bless and keep him.
Thanks for posting. I’m looking forward to the balance of the six parts to forward to my grandkids.

The thought of Janet Napolitano pretending to understand anything about the Constitution is fantasy-land.
When does the Judge’s series begin???? Help.
I would submit that Constitution they may not like, none the less provided the corner stone for deliverance.
At our inception as a nation, we needed to unify in order to stand up to the British.
We either adopted a document that heralded all men’s rights and put off certain ‘corrections’ until later, or we would remain a colony of Britain for the long haul.
The angst the United States harbors today over slavery, never ceases to amaze me when you think of all the nations who took part in it. We are the only one I know of, that even gives it a second thought today.
And the most amazing thing today, is that slavery still exists, and you never hear a word about it.
Apparently, it started this morning at 7am ET on Fox & Friends and I believe it will continue each morning this week. I didn’t catch it on FOX, but I saw it being advertised on FOX over the weekend and I found this video linked from Judge Napolitano’s facebook page.
Yes, from January 1 of each year until late Spring or early Summer, most U. S. citizens are now "slaves" to the massive government "master" which now has been created by an elite elected and unelected group of legislators and judges--bypassing the provisions of "We, the People's" Constitution for a free people.
BTTT
True. You won’t get any argument there.
This article below though, touches on what I was talking about.

Google search on the subject
Watch out for some U.S. zingers in there, and U.N. reports to be heralded.
slavery modern day
LOL! Point well-made.
More seriously, however, as regards modern-day slavery, you need to know that the United States is on of the top end points in the world for victims of human trafficking.
IOW, what we bled into our own soil to kill off, has returned to us in a far more perverse form that is fast becoming a burgeoning black market industry complete with the accompaniment of an ear-splitting chorus of near-total public ignorance and apathy.

It didn’t die in 1864.
It didn’t die in 1964.
Perhaps we can commit to seeing it die before 2064?
If not, what will the blood-price be this time? CWII?
Thanks Jim. I generally like Napolitano quite a bit.
Looking forward to the series...
Folks, those of you who have faulted Napolitano, the fact that he is addressing this matter, raises it’s visibility and allows us to tweak anything he might have not gotten just right. That’s a good thing.
It’s definitely going to provide some teachable moments.
