Thanks for posting. I’m surprised you’re a Napolitano fan, though. Not only does Judge Andrew Napolitano agree with Ron Paul on undeclared wars, but he opposes military tribunal for Kalid Sheik Mohummed.

That was an excellent introduction to the series. Thanks for posting.
Unfortunately, since Jefferson’s natural law concept at the time still countenanced slavery, it seems that a large % of the black population thinks that the entire Constitution itself is suspect.

I love that judge. He pretty much said this same thing while sitting in for Glenn Beck this last week, only a little shorter version. I don’t miss Glenn so much when he is out of town now knowing the Judge is going to be sitting in for him. God bless and keep him.

I saw Napolitano and Constitution [before I saw Andrew] and nearly had a seizure.
The thought of Janet Napolitano pretending to understand anything about the Constitution is fantasy-land.

"And the most amazing thing today, is that slavery still exists, and you never hear a word about it."Yes, from January 1 of each year until late Spring or early Summer, most U. S. citizens are now "slaves" to the massive government "master" which now has been created by an elite elected and unelected group of legislators and judges--bypassing the provisions of "We, the People's" Constitution for a free people.

Thanks Jim. I generally like Napolitano quite a bit.
Looking forward to the series...
Folks, those of you who have faulted Napolitano, the fact that he is addressing this matter, raises it’s visibility and allows us to tweak anything he might have not gotten just right. That’s a good thing.
It’s definitely going to provide some teachable moments.

Thanks! I hope that Jim Thompson doesn't mind that you are using his site to link to the Judge. (Must I say that I'm kidding?)
But, I believe that the content at the link changes each day--I tried earlier to get Part I at FoxNation, and can't find it now.
I think Fox should make DVDs of this series and package them with the Judge's books.
I do hope they will take my free, yet very valuable advice.

Thanks bokababe!
Judge Napolitano's series is probably worth following. If nothing else it might be useful for educational purposes to share with those that don't follow along as closely as most Freepers.

The judge is the only one that has brought up interstate and instrastate. They are really important as they are a tool used quite vigourously by Congress especially the Senate to abuse America.
