If healthcare passes the socialist coup d'etat has advanced beyond the point of no return!
Dec 19, 2009 | Jim Robinson

Let's face it FRiends, if the unconstitutional healthcare bill passes, the socialist coup d'etat will have advanced well beyond the point of no return!

There is nothing in the constitution that authorizes this illegal federal power-grab and plenty that forbids it. If the Obama/Reid/Pelosi Marxist attempted coup pulls this off without the people resisting to the hilt, then they'll have no restrictions whatsoever on implementing the rest of their Liberty killing Marxist agenda. America will be no more.

The whole idea of our constitution is to severely restrict the federal government to only its dozen and a half expressly listed enumerated powers and to guarantee and protect our unalienable individual rights as well as our sovereign states rights and republican form of government.

The constitution has not failed, the people have. When the government will not willingly restrain itself within its legal bounds, then its the duty of the people to enforce the constitution and restrain the government.

The constitution does not define our rights, it defines the limits on government. Our rights are granted by God not government, and government cannot take them away. Our government was established by and for us and was granted by us certain limited powers and only those limited powers. Our government serves at our pleasure to defend our nation and our rights. It does not RULE over us.

Obama is not a dictator. Reid, Pelosi, et al, are not our rulers. When they overstep their bounds to the degree they have, then they MUST be brought back down to reality.

It's time to jerk their constitutional chains taut!

It's time for US to enforce our Constitution and invoke our Bill of Rights!!

It's time to assemble for duty, for Liberty!!

Maybe reading comprehension escaped you momentarily. If you would of read the rest of my post you would of understood that if all the other do nothings expect change at the current rate then why should I stay with a losing cause.

If We can organize and actually step up the pressure on the bureaucrats then I'm all in.

ANother great and unarguable post, this one from the founder of Free Republic.....there have been many posts,
many, many posts over the last year that have included
the phrase “It’s time to.....”
Yes, it’s time to.
It’s time to.
It’s PAST time to.
What happened to the December 15th DC Demonstration?
It barely registered, either on the MSM or Cable.
Until we agree to figure a way to do something that’s never
been done before, we will be slowly dragged into this New World in the Making, over a LOOOOOONNNNG period of time, by this Administration.Don’t think that because Copenhagen proved to be a bumbling farce, that that constitutes any kind of a “victory”.
It is TIME, for ONE THING.
And that ONE THING is HOW TO SHUT THEM DOWN!!
PERMANENTLY!
Any ideas that involve ACTION?????
I will say it again.......
Any ideas that involve ACTION????
I am saying nothing more radical that a dozen or more
hosts or substitute hosts on Talk Radio are saying EVEN AS I TYPE THIS!

Well, the first question I would ask you is, what actions have you personally taken to fight back? Have you joined any of your local patriot organizations? Attended any meetings? Volunteered for any projects?

I've discovered all to often, that those who complain most bitterly about the lack of progress in the "revolution" haven't lifted a finger to help in the fight.

Everyone's got to make their own choice as to how to respond to this encroaching tyranny. In the first American Revolution, only a third of the colonists were fully behind the independence movement. Another third remained loyal to the crown, and the remainder were politically uncommitted.

If you'd rather flee than fight, then so be it. But don't hang around in a warrior camp, promoting that idea.

On the other hand, if you feel in your bones that America is worth giving everything you have to defend, then by all means, stick around.

I personally think Perry has so few devotees that he won’t be back in January 2011. We may have a Democrat state House with a Democrat governor.

All of that will come to pass, if well-informed people like us stand by and do nothing to prevent it.

For the first time in my life, I've actually gotten involved, and am now working with a local patriot group to do what's necessary to keep Texas red.

I urge you to do the same. We need all hands on deck to win this.

Same true with socialism - it always fails. You don't have to do a thing - just observe, wait and prepare. Rather than get all riled up about stopping something that will not end until it finally ends itself, this is the time to be preparing.

I agree, socialism is unsustainable and will die of it's own accord. It's just that it so often kills so many innocent people on the way down.

Yes, to all of the above without going into much detail.

I know I came off a little brash, but this goes back to a thread with a few other FReepers about a month ago. They were talking about examples of folks who caved like a cheap suit when push came to shove. Also, my post was mainly directed to a few posters in this thread who will shun anyone who doesn't abide by the tyrants rules. I can't count on people like that to have my back.

We're on the same side, bro, and if we have to relive the Alamo then so be it.

I with ya there. It's hard to say how far the people will have to go to restore our constitutional republic to its founding basics, but one thing is certain, and that is; we all need to stand in the breach and do whatever it takes.

Thanks, WF

You’re welcome! Please pass the Oath Keeper links on to others. In addition to family members, I got my doctor to join. He’s since recruited three of his family members.

The local group here is run by an LEO in a neighboring town. He’s made it clear that if Obama’s browns shirts (federal agents) come knocking, they will receive NO assistance from local law enforcement in this area.

I’d encourage you to get involved in your state and local Other Keeper groups.

Indeed! Keep saying it loud and often. We need to get as many folks on board as possible.

It would be great if an Oath Keepers Mayors group would form to counter Bloomberg's illegal mayors group.

I am with you BunnySlippers. Every single idiot who keeps saying we need a one hundred percent pure republican gave us this.

Nope, you and bunny are wrong. The very people you think should have been supported gave us this. Check out John Cornyn and his RINO buddies. They have lied to you for years, and that includes GW and his daddy.

The courts need to be shut down.

The courts are already shut down, otherwise we would have seen Obama's birth certificate.

Ok and how do you propose we get a 100% pure republican elected when we have half of this country too busy paying attention to Tiger Woods and Brittany Murphy dying than to the bill the democrats in the Senate shoved up our rears at 1:00am this morning?

We need to get involved in republican primaries and work our butts off to elect the most conservative republican we can.

Then we watch them and if they turn out to be a rino, we harrass them with phone calls, emails, faxes and demonstrations in front of their local offices. If this doesn’t work, then we try and vote them out and start over.

I think this is a lot better than starting a third party that will not gain steam for who knows how long and in the meantime the democrat socialists are tearing our Constitution and our country apart.

We need to push and lobby for Texas to do it...the sooner that happens the sooner the rest of us can get back to enjoying life and be rid of these criminals.

Surfer they are about to elect another RINO governor, Kay Baily Hutchinson, the one who voted against it before voting for it.

We got what we deserved when the impeached Bill Clinton was not removed from office.

If you will recall we had a former Democrat as lead of the Senate, Trent Lott. Now remind me why it is important to elect people with (REP) beside their name?

The same way you get the RINO elected, pretty simple, just vote for them and quit complaining.

I don’t complain, I act. I work hard to get conservatives elected. But it is much easier to say what you just said “Just vote for them” than to do it. We may vote for them but the idiots watching American Idol that pay attention 3 days before an election don’t see it that way and may vote otherwise.

Therefore, it is still my contention that we work hard to get a conservative in office but I will not cut my nose to spite my face, vote third party and let a slimeball democrap get into office.

This is just my opinion and I understand many don’t see it this way. I just don’t want to hear complaints when a democrat, (and there is no moderate democrat, they are all liberal snakes)gets into office and votes the way they did yesterday. I know we have a bunch of rinos in the Senate but at least they all held together and voted against this monster of a bill. Basically, spitting on the US Constitution.
