Let's face it FRiends, if the unconstitutional healthcare bill passes, the socialist coup d'etat will have advanced well beyond the point of no return!
There is nothing in the constitution that authorizes this illegal federal power-grab and plenty that forbids it. If the Obama/Reid/Pelosi Marxist attempted coup pulls this off without the people resisting to the hilt, then they'll have no restrictions whatsoever on implementing the rest of their Liberty killing Marxist agenda. America will be no more.
The whole idea of our constitution is to severely restrict the federal government to only its dozen and a half expressly listed enumerated powers and to guarantee and protect our unalienable individual rights as well as our sovereign states rights and republican form of government.
The constitution has not failed, the people have. When the government will not willingly restrain itself within its legal bounds, then its the duty of the people to enforce the constitution and restrain the government.
The constitution does not define our rights, it defines the limits on government. Our rights are granted by God not government, and government cannot take them away. Our government was established by and for us and was granted by us certain limited powers and only those limited powers. Our government serves at our pleasure to defend our nation and our rights. It does not RULE over us.
Obama is not a dictator. Reid, Pelosi, et al, are not our rulers. When they overstep their bounds to the degree they have, then they MUST be brought back down to reality.
It's time to jerk their constitutional chains taut!
It's time for US to enforce our Constitution and invoke our Bill of Rights!!
It's time to assemble for duty, for Liberty!!
In offline life (as opposed to what decorum I must practice in JimRob's cyber parlor) I tell people plainly that if you are not starving the beast, you are enabling it. You are part of the problem if you are paying taxes. Yes, if you just refuse, you can go to jail. Yes, it entails hardship and sacrifice.
But winter at Valley Forge it is not.
You say you love your country? You say it's being destroyed before your very eyes? But you won't even put away your wallet?
This country was forged by men who committed their lives, their fortunes, their sacred honor. It will take similar commitments to save it.
So yes, at the very least, starve the beast, and if you are NOT starving the beast, you are supporting it while it devours what you claim to love.

Amen, brother. Time to fix bayonets. At the 9/12 rally the patriots didn’t even leave litter. I think we need to leave a mark next time.

We need to push and lobby for Texas to do it...the sooner that happens the sooner the rest of us can get back to enjoying life and be rid of these criminals.

What about unleashing these tea party patriots each to their own states? Let them storm their own capitols and DEMAND that they tell washington how we feel, make a list of grievences and tell them in no uncertain terms we are not sending another red cent til they are heard and the will of the people is followed.
IF each states tea party folks focused on their own states govt to protect them and their sovereignty, perhaps it would be a more efficient way? We can be a much more mighty force within our own states, and the federal military has no juristicton within them.

Well, that would be a God send for those who still are healthy enough and have the means to travel.

I’m as angry as anyone else here. I’d get a big charge out of a riot and a mob with torches and pitchforks.
But “arm yourselves!” is so damn lame. Nobody’s going to do that. They won’t even shut their wallets, and that’s all it takes.
This tyrannical government would cave, crumble, collapse, and keel over, in about four weeks, if we would all just say NO to them. No more loot. No more taxes.
That’s all it takes, people. You don’t have to rumble, hop the bus, email, phone, holler, or shoot anybody. You can just sit there on your wallet. Have the guts to dare them to come MOLON LABE that.
And if you don’t have the guts for that, you sure as hell don’t have the guts to march on Washington and throttle tyrants on the steps of the Capitol.

I wish that everyone who still believes in freedom and in the American Constitution can STOP at some ordained hour of a certain day and pull out a copy, wherever they are, and read it. All over the country, at work, schools, on the street, EVERYWHERE.
