A salamander allegedly 18 million years old is the latest fossil to produce astonishingly well preserved soft tissue. This time, its muscle tissue, and it is supposedly the most pristine example yet.

I would venture to guess that 99% of Freepers are creationists.Creastionists....yes....probably 99.9% of Freepers are creationists.
....but not creationists that believe the Earth is 6000 years old and Man walked with 100+ species of large meat eating dinosaurs 4400 years ago.

Jesus, God and The Holy Spirit are all one and the same. Biblically speaking of course.

"This is like trying to explain Relational Theory to someone with no knowledge of set theory, much less information theory, much less an IT background. Your extremely lay (and rather cute) position based on 100% ignorance of science is the same as placing a Dunce cap on your own head and then saying only us Dunces know stuff.
To say your hostile would be quite the understatement. If I'm so dumb, then why don't you go find scientific studies where new species have been created from existing species. I can't wait to see them! Do use Google and Yahoo, I'm sure they will help.
"I will ask you a question about yet another area of science I am sure you are ignorant on and spot you Google and Yahoo: what is the difference between a query and an inquiry (show your work - that is which relational theory rules are in play and how). I mean, if you can pontificate and draw scientific conclusions on the natural sciences, then information and relational theory should be a walk in the park."
This whole block of text is exhibit A for evidence on proving your arrogance and complete lack of understanding the most basic concepts of an argument. The only thing you understand is childish insults.
"While you are at it, you can educate everyone on what a Scientific Theory is and how the Theory of Gravity plays into your cute little lay understanding."
Since you believe the magic of the origin of all species from one is scientifically sound, then I'm 100% certain you know nothing about Scientific Theory. Why should I explain it, me explaining Scientific Theory has nothing to do with this topic at all. Then again, do you ever post anything about what the topic of the original post actually was?

IOW, you remain ignorant, you are proud of your ignorance, you can’t meet my simple challenge because you don’t have the information.
Your knowledge of science matches your knowledge of information theory: zero.
The difference is that you think you have a basis for analyzing science (wrong) but don’t dare venture into an area where you know others are experts (like, you know, me).
You know so little and shout so loudly. Your cute little analogies about “creating things from nothing” just shows that you know nothing about TToE nor its processes.
You are practicing astrology in an astronomical venue (that is an analogy by the way — I don’t want to go too fast for you).
High thee to a college or other institution of learning and cure thy ignorance. Cute can only take you so far.

You misunderstand my post, good sir. I attack someone who makes statements from abject ignorance. I would be a poor citizen indeed if I was not to attempt to school said child.
>>Darwins mistake was thinking that his theory would advance understanding of nature while ignoring the obvious fact that civilization would champion the weak, therby undermining his theorys very foundation.<<
I think that Darwin didn’t consider the downstream result of the theory based on his observations. Good thing, else he would have edited himself pre-publication.
>>It still remains open for discussion as to whether evolution should be thought progressive or comsumptive.<<
Now that is a whole separate and undoubtedly interesting chain of thought.

High thee to a college or other institution of learning and cure thy ignorance There's nothing quite like calling someone else ignorant, to bring on instant internet karma.
Prithee, hie thee hence, to a bookstore, and peruse many a volume of Shakespeare.

I stand corrected — quick at the KB and slow on the reference.
But, of course, I did not hold myself out as a Shakespeare expert and would never debate his works nor interpretations with those who are. I may know what Iambic Pentameter is, but for the life of me, how and why the Bard chose it and how he used it is beyond me. I leave such discussions to people who DO know.

Both statements are true. Catholics believe in the Holy Trinity and states that all are One.

Both statements are true. Very easy way to cover any inconsistencies. Redefine truth.

"IOW, you remain ignorant, you are proud of your ignorance, you cant meet my simple challenge because you dont have the information."
I didn't meet your challenge? I don't see you posting scientific studies that have created new species from existing ones. I'm not the only one not meeting a challenge.
"You know so little and shout so loudly. Your cute little analogies about creating things from nothing just shows that you know nothing about TToE nor its processes."
Big words coming from someone who believes in the origin of all species from one and has no scientific studies to back it up. Yet, acts as though there are millions of studies with undeniable evidence.
"High thee to a college or other institution of learning and cure thy ignorance. Cute can only take you so far."
Cure your own. Why don't you explain how all these million year old fossils have soft tissue. Good luck.

Rather a vehement response. I am merely telling you what Catholic Doctrine is. If you have an issue, I suggest you take it up with The Pope.

Your statement makes no sense. Please define a “species” (hint: “kind” is not one — oh, and I CAN define it). You are speaking of things of which you have no knowledge.
Repeating your ignorance louder doesn’t make you any smarter. You completely whiffed on my challenge because you are posting on a subject of which you know nothing. Go ahead and post on nuclear physics — I am sure you know as much about that as you do natural science.
Learn first, speak second.
You really need to stop — you are embarrassing yourself. Uneducated opinions are just that — uneducated.
This ends my attempts to help you.

Why don't you explain how all these million year old fossils have soft tissue. Good luck. They don't, they have fossilised soft tissue. From the source of this confusion,
We noticed that there had been very little degradation since it was originally fossilised about 18 million years ago, making it the highest quality soft tissue preservation ever documented in the fossil record.

This isn't the first time I've gotten the impression, that you're utterly unfamiliar with The Word. I am more familiar with the Bible than a lot of creationists here. Go back and look at the last few days of my posts. Also, I do NOT worship a book written by man.

For someone who claims to be intelligent, your replies show nothing of it. You know exactly what I mean by my question and you are afraid of it. You know your answer will be empty, so you simply hurl your condescending stupidity. You accuse me of being cute when all you do is type long sentences without saying anything at all. In all your words you have offered nothing to this discussion regarding fossils and soft tissue, nor why you believe all species evolved from one. All you do is belittle me and spew your condescending hatred. You sir are no gentlemen, nor are you an intellectual. Spare me your help, I am certain you don't even know how to help yourself.

I've experienced enough of your efforts here, that perusing your replies is not necessary, suffice it to say.
In the not so distant past, I've had a days-long exchange with you, wherein you repeatedly insisted upon an incorrect understanding of Einstein's special relativity, going so far as to lie, that you had possession of Evolution Of Physics, and that the cites I had been providing you were somehow out of context.
And, here we are, you and I, discussing another book, the Bible. Your statement that God does not speak is clearly wrong, from the very first book of the Old Testament onward.
Shall I direct you to archive.org again, or do you actually have this book in your possession, this time? As far as your not worshipping any book written by man, well, that's very good, ColdWater. You're learning something here on FR, despite yourself.
