I just sent the following letter to the Whitehouse and President Obama as an email, and have also posted it on my site.
Please, for the sake of liberty, for the sake of our Republic, and for the love of God, flood them with similar letters, by the millions.
To the Whitehouse and President Barack Hussein Obama,Re: August 4, 2009 Whitehouse Statement stifling free speech and dissent
Your statement on the Whitehouse web site today, August 4th, 2009, is an affront to every American and to our God-given rights to free speeh.
To whit:
"There is a lot of disinformation about health insurance reform out there, spanning from control of personal finances to end of life care. These rumors often travel just below the surface via chain emails or through casual conversation. Since we can’t keep track of all of them here at the White House, we’re asking for your help. If you get an email or see something on the web about health insurance reform that seems fishy, send it to flag@whitehouse.gov"You who wrote this statement, those who approved it, those who support it, and the President himself who is allowing it, as a citizen of these United States, I demand that this statement be retracted and that each of you that I just named remember the oath you took upon entering Government service."I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will wellThat oath stands in stark contrast to the statement on the Whitehgouse page. You cannot have it both ways. Either you will retract that statement and apologize to all Americans or you will reveal yourselves as oath breakers and breaking faith with the Constitution you swore to defend and bear true faith and allegiance to.I hereby inform you that I, Jeff Head, am ardently against the Democratic and Obama led Health Care reform. I have read the Democrtic House Plan and I find it a monstrosity that will seriously erode overall health care in this nation, and will deal a serious blow to free enterprise in the health care arena, and thereby hurt the free market. I categorically reject any government plan, including Cap & Trade that threatens the American economy and fundamental Republican principle as these bills do.
I am not afrai to stand up to them, it is my right by birth and heritage and citizenshipo in these United States.
I proudly announce my dissent, and identify myself as one who is speaking out against these plans to all I know and can reach, and one who intends to continue to speak out against them irrespective of your wholly Un-American pronouncements to the contrary, so help me God.
I ask all loyal, faithful, patriotic, and God fearing...yes, I said God fearing...Americans to stand against not only these bills, but against this new, dangerous tact by this administration and call on and demand that that Administration once again retract this statement and apologize for it.

Downright scary. I can’t say anymore.
No problem whatsoever Meekone...I encourage and urge everyone to write similar letters. If my own helps in that regard, that’s great. It is an outrage and travesty what this admin is doing and it cannot be allowed to stand.

It’s difficult to believe, Jeff, but we’re only seven months into the Obama Administration. The pace at which Obama is trying to socialize and destroy this country is absolutely breathtaking.
I shudder to think of what he has in store for the rest of his term. He needs to be thrown out of office, not by an election, but by impeachment - and soon.
If we wait until 2012, there may not be much of an America left to defend.
This issue, of his threatening Americans for their free speech, has opened another door to help in that effort.
With a hostile Congress,
he won’t be able to damage America as much.
We’ll have to see if the elections of 2010
are corrupted beyond all repair,
and make other plans if so.
OK, that was good. :-)
Obama is simply a thug. Chicago-style. And so is his enforcer, the ballerina Emmanuel, and his evil genie, Axelrod. And all the rest of his pantheon of czars, and his congressional enablers....
It is disgraceful that a criminal thug sits in the Oval Office. Washington these days is a sewer of corruption.
Why is this so difficult for so many Americans to see? To anyone who's paying attention, it ought to be glaringly obvious that this "president" truly is a thug. Don't listen to what he says — just watch what he does. This anti free speech campaign he's got going to destroy the opposition reveals "the real Obama."

We are at perhaps the most pivotal crossroads in the history of our Republic since the revolution and the Civil War.
One path leads up a very dangerous and treacherous trail, fraught with peril, to a restoration of our Constitutional Republic. The other path leads to an abject fatal precipice, where the rocks below will crush and destroy our constitutional republic, our libeties, way of life...and for many of us, our very lives.
God bless us, and grant that we will have the wisdom, the courage, the valor, the faith, and the virtue to stand and stand with His support, without which we will slip over the side of the cliff.

Sides are being drawn. The President has come out and urged his minions and useful idiots to "turn us in" if we speak out against this monstrosity health bill.
So be it.
This is getting to a stage where we have to stand up straight. We're not like the Jews in Germany and Poland, we're not like the Russian farmers or Chinese peasants.
We know our rights, we will not be cowed into submission, and are willing to fight and die for those rights if necessary...and we are armed.
I love this country, I love the constitution and the rule of law based on it...but this is the opposite of all of that and is the fast road to tyranny unless we stand and stop it.
So, what I will do now is speak up all the louder, redouble my efforts, and challenge them straight to their marxist faces.
If they want to curtail my free speech, they are going to have to literally fight me over it.
