Let me try a BEER analogy, something at least guys might understand.You go into an establishment that serves adult beverages. You order a Budweiser. The “server” (god I HATE that term) gives you a Bud Light. You immediately complain, “This won’t do, I want a Budweiser”. The server returns and sets down a Budweiser Brew Masters’ Private Reserve. Again you complain, “This won’t do, I want a Budweiser”. The server returns and sets down a Budweiser NA (Non-alcoholic version of Budweiser developed for the Middle Eastern market. Also available in Green Apple and Tropical Fruits versions). You become FURIOUS and DEMAND that you will NOT accept anything other than the one, the only, the very specific type of beer you ordered. While they were all BEER, while they were all Anheuser-Busch products, and they all had the name Budweiser on the label, (and they probably were all very good beer), THEY JUST WERE NOT THE SAME THING. When it comes to my BEER (president), I INSIST on the REAL THING.
That's maybe the best explanation in this whole thread.

What is a Title 8 citizen? I guess I should have known I couldn't just float it by. Now I need to reread Title 8. There are two applicable statutes; one is “e” and the other is “g”. They refer to persons born outside the geographical limits to one parent who was a citizen and one alien. I'll provide the pointer and you can decide if they apply.
http://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/8/1401.html Actually, I suspect that there is another truth, and that Barack was born in Hawaii, but there are some qualifiers he is hiding. In that case he is a simple citizen, having been born on our soil, but never a natural born citizen because of his father.

We appear to have a legal system without the integrity, or courage, to take a case. They hide behind protocol. It is appearing more and more as if saving the constitution will be up to “The People”. What a "revoltin' development", in the words of the late, great Durante.

Notice if there is a tear at the top on the right. Like where a fold is. The original I saw, but didn’t download, had a tear at the top. It is absolutely amazing. You people WILL NOT LISTEN TO THE TRUTH.
This is the truth:
The BC with a "tear" was created by Salamander from the JPG image I posted on FR at 2:10AM, on August 2, 2009. The "tear" is an artifact of the background removal tool she used. It doesn't exist. The image I posted was the first image other than Orly's that was posted anywhere. The no-background, "tear" BC, was created by Salamander, which she made FROM my image, several hours later.
The image on Orly's site is identical to the capture I made at 2:02AM on August 2, 2009. I have repeated the capture, conversion to JPEG, from thje current Orly image and duplicated an exact copy of the one I posted on FR. I can do it again and again. It is reproducible.

Tell that to the foreign nationals living in the US who were drafted during Vietnam IIRC, that was only legal permanent resident aliens. Not other types of legal foreign residents, not those on student visas for example.
