Attorney Taitz filed a NOTICE OF MOTION AND MOTION to Expedite authentication, MOTION for Issuance of Letters Rogatory for authenticity of Kenyan birth certificate filed by Plaintiff Alan Keyes PhD.

Excuse me but Obama Sr was her SON so of course she would be there. That makes no sense. I just reread what was written.
You are absolutely right.
I apparently re-pasted the other link. My mistake.
So the 1963 constitution doesn’t really address name at all — just Kenya.
Have you seen all this?
I’m glad to see you are catching on, no one else is...
That is exactly why when someone runs for President all records should be an open book including passport records. There is no reason to keep anything like that secret if you want to be President.
I disagree. The ink from the ribbon will also show grey depending on how much the ribbon has been saturated with ink. I've taken photos of older documents (family genealogy) and the type comes out grey... something to do with indoor lighting and having to get close. Also, I still have some of those old carbon papers and they come in dark blue and black and tend to leave smudges on the "copy" page. I've never thought this one was a "carbon copy" and still don't.
Actually, it does not matter if the majority and powerful people agree that it is alright for the Democrats to break the constitution for Obama.
You only need one judge to stand by the constitution and check the questions. Only one lawyer to ask the questions. Only one plaintiff to demand answsers.
The rule of law - a Republic - is not a majority nor a corrupt elite’s rule.
what will be his downfall, birth certificate(s) notwithstanding, is his arrogant contempt for America and her citizens
That’s the amended constitution. The original 1963 constitution made no mention of “republic” at all. I examined it here: http://www.constitutionnet.org/files/KEL63-002.pdf
If — that’s IF — that doc is the entire original, you can search high and low and not find the word “republic” in it. I also looked, all day, at various places, at ebay and other merchant sites for Kenyan stamps and currency, at newspaperarchive.org for contemporary references, at Google images, you name it I was in it, and I couldn’t find anything.*
That’s not to say the words “Republic of Kenya” could not have been on official paperwork in Feb ‘64. Stranger things have I seen. But we need to round up some 45-year-old Kenyans to confirm it because there’s nothing on the internet.
*Ok, one place I didn’t go...genealogy sites. I’ve taken the pledge, no genealogical research. :)
No, there is evidence that Kenyatta’s people were using the term Republic in the fall of 1963.
Does it play into anything ?
Who do you think could have sent the document? I don’t think it was Hillary. But I do think Obama has a lot of enemies, foreign and domestic; Democrat and Republican.
It looks like it is still a Republic even though it doesn't have Republic in the text of the Constitution.
Our form of government is also a Republic, but the word doesn't occur in our Constitution either, only the word Republican.
“The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government”
Since the Kenya Constitution in 1963 looks like it was a Republic, (as is the USA, even if the word is not in our Constitution) it doesn't really prove whether they were using the word Republic of Kenya or not earlier than the change in the text of their Constitution. But it's good to have the original text.
BAHH!! I had forgotten about that messy little hold up. Ugh trying to get those buggers untangled and getting ribbon ink all over your hands (and usually your face that you don’t see until 2 hours later in the restroom mirror)
No. The paper is dated '64. Mombasa was in Kenya in '64. That's like saying someone was born in 1964 in New York City, England because hey! at one time NYC was owned by England.
self-ping
I was all over WND, I didn’t see any multiple examples of Kenyan BCs from the time period were discussing.

to see where else I’ve been. (Pretty much everywhere, looking for “Republic of Kenya.”)
If he tried to say he never knew, I’d ask him why he hid behind a team of lawyers trying to cover this up.
