I fly a lot. It's gotten to be such a hassle that I'm cutting down on my air travel, and even turning down a number of engagements because I just don't want to go through the ordeal at the airports.
What ordeal? If you ask that question, you must not have flown anywhere since 9/11. I'm talking about the security gauntlet every passenger has to go through!
If you have flown anywhere, you've had to get in the lines. Take off every bit of metal bigger than a dime, your jacket, hat and shoes, perhaps your belt … and, if you have a computer, put it in a separate tray, hoping for a reunion after you pass your body through a powerful scanner. If you have a metal knee or hip replacement or a pacemaker, you'll probably have to go through a separate line and submit to a "wand scan" and even a hands-on "pat down." It can be quite humiliating, and the process can even cause you to miss your plane, after all that.
If you've checked into a hotel lately, you know you always have to produce your driver's license or valid photo identification. Same if you want to rent a car . When you shop at Costco, for Pete's sake, you have to prove you're who you are and that you're a credentialed Costco shopper with a valid credit card (which they'll verify on the spot) just to get in the door.
When you get gas – if you can still afford it to – and you want to use your credit card, you pass it into a slot checker, and still have to punch in your zip code. Right? In today's world, you have to be ready to show valid, verifiable identification for almost

I don’t know about his situation. I am only telling you what I know for fact on the hearings.
If Jindal falls in the same category it would be suicide for us to promote or endorse him. It would legitimize Obama and we can NEVER allow that to happen.
There is none. "Civilian Grand Jury" is a figment of the juror's imagination. It has no legal power, no legal standing, no legal authority.

This has been a problem since it came up.
You have to realize that the framers understood that language clearly, so clear that they didn’t think it needed a definition.
You have to go back to their point of reference to determine what that meant.
But as for now we can be satisfied with what the confirmation hearings that John McCain went through without further consideration that Obama agreed to.

Under that alone Obama is disqualified since he himself states that his father was a citizen of kenya.

Did the non-binding resolution fabricate an interpretation of the Constitution and thereby grant eligibility for McCain? Yes, it did. I too believe being born on Mars of two American citizen parents would still be equal to natural born citizen. BUT THIS IS NOT MY VENUE NOR THE SENATE’s, it is solely the venue of the SCOTUS to interpret the Constitution and in this case based upon the historic meaning of the term ‘natural born citizen’ when the Constitution was written. The Senate cannotfabricate an amendment to the Constitution by fiat no-binding resolution for the purposes of coup d’etat in an election.

If they just follow their own rules then Obama is not qualified.

What is a Grand Jury?
A Grand Jury when convened is responsible for reviewing evidence, naming a defendant and handing down presentments. A Grand Jury can only hear criminal charges. A Grand Jury is NOT a trial jury. Grand Juries can only hand down presentments, they cannot hand down a verdict like a judicial trial jury can.
What are presentments?
Presentments are the actual charges handed down by a Grand Jury against the defendant. The presentments are reduced to writing so they may be served with a court or other party. The term “presentments” comes from the United States Constitution under Amendment 5 of the Bill of Rights.
What do you do with presentments once handed down?
You serve a court with the presentments. The court turns the presentments into a formal indictment and sets the criminal case over for trial. The court prosecutes the defendant named in the presentments or indictment.
Can presentments be served to others?
YES. The court may be the final destination but presentments can be served on such parties as a sheriff, magistrate, police chief, mayor, judge, prosecutor, district attorney, legislator or others. Will these other parties be able to prosecute the case? NO. Only a court or court appointed prosecutor can prosecute the case. So why serve others? Other parties such as a sheriff, police chief or District Attorney have enormous powers when it comes to prosecuting criminals through the court system.
What does “serving” the presentments mean?
People often confuse “filing” with “serving.” American Grand Jury presentments are not a lawsuit, complaint or other such legal documents. Presentments are served or delivered to a court, sheriff, District Attorney, etc. We DO NOT file anything. We deliver or serve presentments.
The job of the court is to accept the presentments and act upon them. This is a very key issue. By Constitutional law a court MUST accept the presentments. Will they always comply? NO. The courts like to think they are responsible only to their own rules, procedures or state laws. If the court operates under the Supreme law of the land, the Constitution, they can and should accept Constitutional Grand Jury presentments.

Say one of these indictments is handed out to a Sheriff who is crazy enough to arrest Obama.
take it one step further and say that he can actually serve Obama and take him into custody.

Is it any State Supreme Court?
is it only a Federal Court?
Is it a “special court” since the indictment may require a special prosecutor?

No Hawaiian official has ever said that the BC shows birth anywhere in the United States, only that the original is on file per Hawaiian Law.
The same law that specifically allows a child born anywhere in the world to have a Hawaiian birth certificate.
My take is he is a citizen, but his religion was listed as “Muslim” on the BC. If it had come out, it might have tilted the election, but it wouldn’t be grounds for removing him.
Birth certificates do not list religious affiliation.
