If they just follow their own rules then Obama is not qualified.
I am not agreeing with what was done, but I am saying what is good for the goose is good for the gander.
If that is the game that they wanted to play, then they rolled the dice and we have what they gave us.
Which under THEIR rules excludes Obama.
If one were pushing the issue of the Senate amending the meaning of the Constitution illegitimately, the Senate (and Leahy is always capable of another flip or flop) can merely stated that McCain was not elected so it is irrelevant re Obama's eligibility.
Democrats rule by 'consensus of the enemedia herded sheeple', so it is the court of public opinion to which they will appeal for ignoring their previous mistake. They would follow that with the bigger lie that 'the people have spoken and elected Obama, thus the will of the people is to be enforced.'

Did you happen to notice that the Senate resoultion contained a well placed lie? ... McCain was born in a Colon hospital then brought to the Naval base.
