I too believe being born on Mars of two American citizen parents would still be equal to natural born citizen. BUT THIS IS NOT MY VENUE NOR THE SENATE’s, it is solely the venue of the SCOTUS to interpret the Constitution and in this case based upon the historic meaning of the term ‘natural born citizen’ when the Constitution was written. The Senate cannotfabricate an amendment to the Constitution by fiat no-binding resolution for the purposes of coup d’etat in an election.

I disagree. I believe that in order to qualify as a Natural Born Citizen for the purposes of holding the Office of the President, one must both be a citizen by ancestry (Jus Sanguinus) and by place of birth (Jus Soli)

But by the time it gets to the Supremes, I fear a majority of the court will be 0bama appointees who will rule in favor of their master. *sigh*
