I fly a lot. It's gotten to be such a hassle that I'm cutting down on my air travel, and even turning down a number of engagements because I just don't want to go through the ordeal at the airports.
What ordeal? If you ask that question, you must not have flown anywhere since 9/11. I'm talking about the security gauntlet every passenger has to go through!
If you have flown anywhere, you've had to get in the lines. Take off every bit of metal bigger than a dime, your jacket, hat and shoes, perhaps your belt … and, if you have a computer, put it in a separate tray, hoping for a reunion after you pass your body through a powerful scanner. If you have a metal knee or hip replacement or a pacemaker, you'll probably have to go through a separate line and submit to a "wand scan" and even a hands-on "pat down." It can be quite humiliating, and the process can even cause you to miss your plane, after all that.
If you've checked into a hotel lately, you know you always have to produce your driver's license or valid photo identification. Same if you want to rent a car . When you shop at Costco, for Pete's sake, you have to prove you're who you are and that you're a credentialed Costco shopper with a valid credit card (which they'll verify on the spot) just to get in the door.
When you get gas – if you can still afford it to – and you want to use your credit card, you pass it into a slot checker, and still have to punch in your zip code. Right? In today's world, you have to be ready to show valid, verifiable identification for almost

not “Natural Born citizens”
There is a VERY distinct difference that was made clear under the constitution.
That is why the only place that it is mentioned is for POTUS that he must be a “Natural born citizen” whereas all other posts only require a “citizen”
Even Schwarzenegger is a governor and he certainly was not born here. But he was made a citizen.

Obama’s own lawyers said that he did not want his birth certificate released because it held an “embarrassing” item on it.
The main issue is really about his father though not being an American. That in itself disqualifies him from the office and should be what is being attacked in court.
specifically each State court since each secretary of state had the responsibility of checking his eligibility but they didn’t.
If you can get this heard in every state and then reverse the decisions to put him on the ballot, then you have an illegal election process that has to be done over.

I’m not always a fan of WorldNetDaily or Joseph Farah, but even if he doesn’t always get everything right or give credit where credit is due, he does deserve our thanks for helping to keep this vital issue alive.
Umm. no. A minor child cannot surrender US citizenship. The actions of other adults do not change an underlying natural born status.
BUT, if he travelled AS AN ADULT under another country's passport, that is de facto evidence that the he does not regard himself as an American first and foremost and only.
And divided or alien loyalties is precisely why the Founding Fathers imposed the unique Natural Born Citizen requirement for the highest office in the land.

I agree. Like a warrant that was not properly executed or drafted.
Anything that was found because of that warrant would immediately be thrown out as “fruit of the poisonous tree”
however, having said that, in NY they have let arrests stand based upon bad warrants after throwing out the stuff that was considered wrong.

Also there is some confusion between native-born and natural born.
I like the way you think. But even if they did do that, they agreed that John McCain was a “natural born citizen” because BOTH of his parents were American Citizens.

Because NO ONE knows what the phrase Natural Born Citizen means.
Natural born was defined once. In a 1790 law. The 1795 law that replaced it drops the reference to "Natural Born".
The term hasn't had an actual legal definition since.
