That’s the way I read it too. I don’t think they’re going to get the military on their side. But people who could never qualify to get into the military or do much of anything else for that matter anticipate getting their chance to get the producers back. This is really serious and they’re actually TELLING us their plans in advance, mistakenly or not.
If it comes down to it, the people who will be used to come after you will be the Bloods, Crips, MS-13,

Maybe we should all call that fellow and ask him what he meant. Make him explain his statement. Get reporters to go there, catch him at work, coming out of his house, ask him where he gets that idea.
I guess we should be buying all the guns and ammo available, else we get run over by mindless socialist drones. I never thought we would see the day in this country when a national political party would encourage and support this kind of activity. Guess things change, not always for the better.
conservative talk radio should have been all over this. Where is Rush? Mark Steyn is fantastic as a fill in but talk radio dropped the ball on this.

The “common people” is not a unified block. Some will react as you suggest, but not all will. If unemployment continues to spread and people get more frustrated and this administration continues to deliberately fan the flames of class warfare, then it won’t take a lot of people to stoke up the kind of chaos I believe Obama wants to see.

I would say this is a figurative, not literal army.
But, who knows. Isn’t that scary?
So, when they get their “army”, if it’s just numbers that they’re lacking,
they’re going to “fight” with people who disagree with 0bama’s agenda,
