The U.S. Constitution requires that the President of the United States be a "Natural Born Citizen". A Natural Born Citizen is a person that is born on American soil to parents that are U.S. citizens.
In protest of Barrack Obama's refusal to provide a birth certificate to the American citizens I am sending Chief Justice Roberts a copy of my birth certificate to make a point.

...if you'd like to remove any lingering question as to whether Justice Roberts will think everything surrounding this entire subject is nutty.
The Constitution was written in the plain English of the day. It was understood by everyone who read it and discussed it. You might note that the Constitution uses words like year and dollar too without defining these words. EVERYONE KNEW WHAT THEY MEANT! (And no, a dollar was not a piece of paper with a picture of a dead President on it.)

How about just sending the portion of the Constitution that states the requirements to be POTUS.
Not sure of any requirements to be TOTUS. He, She or It is the one really in charge at The White House.
Nice topic, a bit too extreme even for moi to send my BC to the SCOTUS. Great way to have the federalis at your door. I sent a dozen letters about this subject already. Perhaps a copy of the POTUS requirements would be a fun way to use a stamp now.
BTW, this morning I sent Tea Bag picture protest letters to Bawney Fwrank and John Adler(he who harassed a citizen who sent him a real tea bag).

There is an exellent pic to print out and send, of 2 tea bags that have tax statements on their tags at this website, then you don’t have to go to the trouble of mailing a real tea bag, which will just get there too slow due to it’s “hazardous” potential in the US Mail.

I wouldn’t do that. They would take 100% of all of your income. Their definition of a balanced budget would be to take 100% of your income and promise to spend every dime of it.

Who, 35 years and older, met these criteria in 1789? 35 years prior, there was no U.S. soil and there were no U.S. citizens.
If anyone is guilty of reframing the concept of "natural born citizen" in modern terms, it's the Birthers.
Actually, if you send a copy of the constitution you might want to also send a dictionary along. The creatures that infest Washington don’t seem to understand that words really do have exact meaning. Maybe that’s the path we need to take.

They grandfathered themeselves in: natural born, or citizen at the time of the adoption of the Constitution.

Your ignorance is astounding. Have you ever read the Constitution? Have you ever read the sections that might be relevant to this discussion? Do you always offer opinions with a complete lack of knowledge of the topic under discussion? Maybe you have difficulty with the English language? No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.See the bolded stuff. This was meant to apply to guys like Washington and Jefferson, who you pretend were excluded by the then understood definition of natural-born. They knew they were excluded under the natural-born provision.

Actually, my birth was a noon. The doctor was at lunch, and it was my mother and the nurse who delivered me. The lovely nurse was new and didn’t know what to do after I was born. She was afraid. Therefore, since I was born not breathing, it was my mother who gave me the initial slap on the rear.
Hence, I always brag I was never born at midnight. I was born at noon which makes me wide awake and not asleep at the wheel.
Nevertheless, there is no definition of “Natural Born Citizen” in the Constitution and you know it.
Birther.
