Gotta indoctrinate those young people.
70 Republicans voted for this. The RNC can go pound sand.
Yes he is, but he is a conservative from what I can see. I called him on that, he said we only share family relationships, not political ones. I guess time will tell. So far, he has been good on all the issues but this one. Will see if this was a rookie mistake or true colors. Anything was better than foley tho LOL
Does anyone in Congress actually READ anything before signing anymore? Obama loves the Cliff Notes version (nothing to see here, read along quickly) of everything and is using the absolute lack of diligence on behalf of our “representatives” to pass through whatever his merry little pen desires.
Can anyone access ANY senator’s contact page? I can’t (which isn’t surprising since I’ve been sending a letter a day for the last few days.
But I can’t even access McCain’s contact page. Did we shut down the congress again?
I know it. This state is as hopeless as it is clueless. Especially anything within the blast radius of the Philly media.
That’s why we buy representation by contributing to out-of-state politicians.
Bilbray is a closet RINO.
Don’t be so sure about that. There was a section I recall reading about a few days ago that mentioned SENIOR CITIZENS being called on as well. This isn’t just about our children and future generations. This is about ALL OF US.
I’ll try to figure out exactly where I saw that though and post it here ASAP.
It’s hard to figure out what to be more upset about right now — the Bill of Attainder they debated before passing this, or this “Obama Youth” & “SS” bill. I guess I’ll focus on the one already headed to the Senate for now.
Mark this day on the Calendar. The U.S. Constitution has been utterly destroyed - unless SCOTUS miraculously (which I say because I personally have no faith & trust in our Gov’t at this point) strikes this down.
*************
Just out of curiosity — does anyone know of anywhere left in the world where one can live in Freedom? Maybe I should just pack up the family and go homestead in the “Great White North” or something. I’d rather freeze to death, or be eaten by bears or something than live in servitude to a Communist government...
Should we all be looking to move to Texas perhaps? IIRC they are the only state legally allowed to secede - not that Obama and his minions would let that happen without bloodshed in actuality. Too much money in Texas for them to let it go...
Seriously, even if this passes,
no way I’ll comply.
And I will resist with any means at my disposal to defy compliance with this.
I think I get your hint.
I hope you have a network of like minded former military in your rolodex.
“Good job.
Does anyone in Congress actually READ anything before signing anymore? Obama loves the Cliff Notes version (nothing to see here, read along quickly) of everything and is using the absolute lack of diligence on behalf of our representatives to pass through whatever his merry little pen desires.”
Sure, they read it; but the problem is most of the older/less-hip folks in Congress were taught English before the advent of 0bamics. (/s)
Don't bet on it:
(12) Whether current Federal volunteer programs are suited to address the special skills and needs of senior volunteers, and if not, how these programs can be improved such that the Federal Government can effectively promote service among the baby boomer generation.
I can envision them "improving" Social Security into "no servee, no checkee."
I think the ranks are starting to form also, there are just a lot of comfortable people that need to feel a little more pain before they break to the thought I’m afraid.
My concern is that the damage will be so far reaching by the time most “comfortable” people really get motivated we may have a full scale civil war on our hands.
I’m sure there are plenty of other despots that would love that kind of chaos in the US.
Subsection E is perhaps the most frightening part, because it’s what they will no doubt make mandatory — the “National Civilian Community Corps”. There is wording in there that would make it possible for these corps to be used in response to uprisings and such. They don’t specifically mention it but the wording is vague enough that they could do it, and if History is any indicator we KNOW what Communists do with groups of “Civilians” such as this...
Busy day, today, eh? I wonder what’s next on the agenda in the House suspension of jury trials, suspension of elections? Nothing would surprise me at this point... NOTHING.
>While this isnt mandatory at this exact moment that is exactly what the commission will be focusing on - making it MANDATORY for ALL citizens.
I see.
Question: When is enough enough to cite, label, prosecute and hang these people as traitors?
70 Republicans voted YES
WTF is that!
