A California attorney lobbying the U.S. Supreme Court for a review of Barack Obama's qualifications to be president confronted the chief justice yesterday with legal briefs and a WND petition bearing names of over 325,000 people asking the court to rule on whether or not the sitting president fulfills the Constitution's "natural-born citizen" clause.
According to Orly Taitz, the attorney who confronted Chief Justice John Roberts at a lecture at the University of Idaho, the judge promised before the gathered crowd that he would, indeed, read and review the briefs and petition.
"I addressed him in front of 800 people in the audience," Taitz told WND, "including university officials, the president of the Idaho State Bar and the chief justice of the Supreme Court of Idaho, and in front of all them, [Roberts] promised to read my papers."
Roberts was lecturing on Abraham Lincoln to approximately 1,200 attendees of the annual Bellwood Memorial Lecture Series at the Moscow, Idaho, university. Roberts has been chief justice of the Supreme Court since his nomination by President George W. Bush and subsequent confirmation in 2005.
Earlier in the week, Taitz confronted Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia, who told her the issue of Obama's eligibility, which has been raised before the Supreme Court at least four times but has yet to be given a single hearing, still lacked the votes of the required four justices in conference before it would be officially heard.
Taitz said, "I told Scalia that I was an attorney that filed Lightfoot v. Bowen that Chief Justice Roberts distributed for conference on Jan. 23 and now I represent nine state reps and 120 military officers, many of them high ranked, and I want to know if they will hear Quo Warranto and if they would hear it . . .

That thought never came to my mind. What if .... ? I don’t know what the outcome would be.
I thought BO left Hawaii at a younger age and didn’t come back until he was 10. It’s hard to keep up with story now. I wonder if the information was falsified in BO’S Biography that aired before the election?
Funny stuff
Yeah, ambushing justices at public events is a winning legal strategy. If that doesn’t work, I suggest calling them at all hours and hanging up. Or maybe a hunger strike.
SCOTUS has done everything but rent the Goodyear blimp to make clear that it’s not going to hear these cases. If, somehow, it does decide to hear one, no Supreme Court — not this one, not any we’ve ever had — is going to take it upon itself to remove a sitting president from office. That’s what impeachment is for.
Sorry, you’re right. Not Secret Service as she said. Some other security. Maybe U.S. marshalls?

I “hope” you’re prepared for the fallout if he is removed do to eligibility reasons.
I am in no way saying we should avoid this outcome by not reviewing his eligibility,
I just wanted to make sure everyone is prepared for what will follow if this turns out as we want it to.

I suppose it might be like falling head first into an open septic tank that’s too deep to climb out of. I mean, once you get your head out of the muck, you find that you’re still neck deep in sh—.
Yes, it would be bad, then we can work on that, but right now, it’s very, very bad. And, I want Obama to fail. ;>)
neck deep in sht is better than scalp deep, where we are now.
The way I see it, there’s two options here:
IF things go our way (and I am sad to say that I do not hold out much hope for that), you would have to assume a couple things...1) There will be massive riots in the cities, especially in the areas of lower-income homes, which will spread to businesses and offices in urban areas, and 2) the police will be utterly overwhelmed and outnumbered, unable to stop the rioting. Even if every state governor called out the National Guard, I don’t think there’d be enough force to stop the rioting.
To that end, the average America-loving armed citizen will have a choice to make. Do you A) ride it out, bunkered down in your home/defensible position or a pre-arranged bug-out location and wait until the carnage has passed, or B) take a more “active” role in ridding your community of rioters?
As I have already mentioned, I don’t think this is going to happen, but it’s something to consider in the “what if?” category.
"causing HUNDREDS of dollars in damages"
I apologise for my late response I have been away all day. FredNerks has the most complete collection of photos of Jr and I sent him a link to another kindergarten picture which is of a much better quality than the one linked above. I was interested in finding an clearer picture because of the purported Nordyke twin connection, after I had read the article which accompanied the aforementioned blurry picture.
Part of the problem was that the presstitutes vetted Jr by reading his “fairytale” and they dug no further! The more digging that has been done the more inaccuracies become apparent! Jr, himself in his interview with NYT in 1990, said he moved to Indonesia with his mother and step father when he was 2. He also has claimed his father, Obama Sr, had a Phd. Neither claim is true as are many others!

As far as I know, the story is that he attended kindergarten in Hawaii, and moved to Indonesia for first - 4th grade, then came back to Hawaii to finish school. I didn’t read the biography, so I don’t know if that is what was presented in it. That is the only story that I have heard. Clearly, these women believe that he was in their Kindergarten class. The picture seems to support that.
What’s wrong with WND? I have tried to link to it through every browser I can. Instead, Google seems to have claimed all of my different browsers and continues to broken link it. Every browser I use; Google will take it over.
