A lawsuit that accuses Congress of failing to investigate President Obama's birthplace before approving the Electoral College vote giving him the presidency has been amended to include additional claims of rights violations, including unequal treatment, because Congress did such an investigation into GOP candidate Sen. John McCain.
That word comes from Mario Apuzzo, the lawyer handling the case on which WND previously has reported.
The case raises many of the same arguments as dozens of other cases that have flooded into courtrooms around the nation since the November election.
The case was brought by Apuzzo on behalf of Charles F. Kerchner Jr., Lowell T. Patterson, Darrell James Lenormand and Donald H. Nelson Jr. It names as defendants Barack Hussein Obama II, the U.S., Congress, the Senate, House of Representatives and former Vice President Dick Cheney along with House Speaker Nancy Pelosi.

Yep. IN the meantime this fraud is running the country into the ground and stright toward Marxism..and no one, but us and those filing suits give a damn. It this was a repubican the media would care, however.
Afirmative action run amok! We see now that affiramtive action is more important than the Constitution ... which makes all of US subjects rather than sovereigns. Just waht guys like Gephardt were looking forward to so many years ago. Scum, green oozing pond scum.
Silly wabbits. Rules are only for Republicans.
Constitutional Crisis anyone? Proof of citizenship of the President has been ignored. Next comes the Bill of Rights.
The bass turds in the “media” spent all their time researching the birth of Trig Palin and spent absolutely no time checking on their “messiah.” The “media” is a national disgrace.
If someone could make a good High quality forgery and disseminate on the net, he might be forced to reveal his. If he doesn't, the fake will have to stand.
Where’s the “AWWW, NOT THIS SH*T AGAIN” guy?
“All for a $10 piece of paper.”
There have been many different opinions on this, but I agree with you and others.
If I believed that I’d been wrongly issued a $10 parking ticket, I’d at least challenge it on principle (despite the old swan; ‘pay the $2’).
THIS issue just doesn’t make sense to me, common or other.
Provide the document!
bump! Thanks for posting.
Doesn’t this make you a little bit suspicious of why obama handlers are pushing so hard and so fast to overturn and radicalize so many US institutions through executive orders he obviously hasn’t even read
Look where we’ve come in only 19 days
Speaking of parking tickets, he had his lawyers go pay off hundreds of dollars in parking tickets he accumulated while in Boston in college, right before the elections. So parking tickets are/were fungible but birth proof is not ... according to the cover mediawhoredom is giving to the poseur-in-chief.
Been screaming about it for months....
All I have to show for it is a sore throat, at least at the moment.... He really IS NOT Constitutionally Eligible, and the world knows it. The only place that DOES NOT is here, where the MEDIA have lied to Americans as much and perhaps more than OholyO. Toss up there I know.
If this was a republican the media would have forced him to resign already
The Constitution to liberals has become like the The Bible is to Unitarians. They like to talk about it, but they don’t really believe in it anymore.
Its about as sharp a left turn into Marxism as I have ever seen in any Government take in my lifetime. Short of Iran in the 1970’s
A peice of paper dose not cost 10$, unless said peice of paper was an authentic state document requiring proper procedure, notarization, and filing. I side on the fact that this is a one cent peice of paper (as originally posted by KOS) with 10 hours of ameturish forgery work.
The only real question is how much did “they” get paid? More than 10$ I’m sure, and O should be Pi$$ed, it did’nt hold up to scrutiny, so he had to pay more people off.
Hey, it sucks to be caught being dishonest.
Too bad nobody cares ‘cept us.
How hard is it for our elected reps to understand that we the people, in a republic, have a right to know our president is legitimate?
Somehow this concept is being lost in this discussion.
