A private investigator has released to WND an affidavit that casts doubt on whether Barack Obama's family lived at the address listed in the published notice of his birth in 1961.
Jorge Baro was hired by WND to investigate issues related to Obama's birth amid allegations the Democrat does not meet the Constitution's requirement that a president be a "natural born citizen."
Baro's affidavit documents an interview his staff conducted with Beatrice Arakaki, who has lived at 6075 Kalanianaole Highway in Honolulu since before Obama was born.
The affadivit is at the center of a federal lawsuit filed prior to the November election in Hattiesburg, Miss., before U.S. District Judge Keith Starrett. The suit is one of several yet to be adjudicated that calls for proof of Obama being a "natural born citizen" as required by the Constitution.
Baro is the in-house senior investigator for Elite Legal Services, LLC, in Royal Palm Beach, Fla.

Orland Scott Lefforge was a Professor at UH at Manoa(Dept of Speech) before becoming an assistant to Sen Inouye in 1967. After that he wrote a paper about “Inservice Training as an Instrument of Change”.(1971) He was also an administrator in the UH Community College office, and a member of the Osher Institute. He died July 4,2007 at the age of 91. His wife/companion Thelma Jones Lefforge Young died June 12, 2008.
As far as I can discover there is no relation between them and Jr.

FYI, federal census records are only made available to the public 72 years after the census was taken. Currently then, the latest federal census records available are from 1930 - not of any use in this investigation, unfortunately.
A title search may not be useful, as a young Anne Dunham would probably have been a renter.
Perhaps the city water billing records would show who was paying the bills in 1961.
If she filed a tax return, there should be some records there...dmv, voter registration, magazine subscriptions, etc are all places where a PI could try to bribe his way into getting access to information.
Tell me no one is capable of hacking into Harvard, Columbia or the State of Hawai’i recorders office.

You are forgetting that Ann was back in WA state before the end of August, 1961 staying with a friend of her mother and didn’t return to HI until early 1963.

I may be way off base here but I was in Honolulu in 1975. At a bar several guys asked me to dance. I was chicken and had to get my nerve up, finally I said yes.It just happened to be a black guy. My cousin did the same thing. After a few dances with several black guys the management came to our table and told us to leave because we were on the verge of starting a race riot. If Honolulu had that kind of racial tension in 1975, how come no one seems to remember either Barack senior or junior?

Sr was often with his classmates and fellow students such as Neil Abercrombie. Jr spent more time at the basketball court and left HI at the age of 18. He didn’t have a lot of spare time since he spent summers and Christmases with his mother in Indonesia once she went back there in 1974.

Precisely what I’ve been thinking. Surely there must be some low level clerk who’s willing to sell the info. I am fully convinced that at best Barack was a product of casual sex or possibly rape. Abortion was illegal and dangerous.
Ya know, back then black/white relationships were very much frowned upon. This whole thing just smells. Everyone seems to be viewing that whole situation as if it happened in today’s environment, but it didn’t. Then this whole scenario would have been seen in an entirely different light. An unwed mother was a scandal, an unwed mother with a black child....the lot of them would have been ostercized.
Sorry, but the evidence you cite means nothing. And if that’s what the SCOTUS received, then I don’t blame them for rejecting the petitions without comment. Richardson’s an idiot and why would I believe anything a toothless old African woman without an education says? Think it through a moment. Richardson might’ve stumbled and said “he’s an immigrant” instead of “he knows immigrants.” Why would Obama confide in his former opponent a secret fact that would disqualify him anyway.
I even have trouble believing that Obama was born in Kenya. There is no reason his young 18-year old mother, idiot that she was, would travel to Kenya in her third trimester. No doctor in his right mind would’ve allowed that. I assume that airline records could be produced if she actually flew. There were only a couple of American carriers at the time. Ann Dunham had no reason to fly there. And just because an old African lady says he’s a son of the village is not proof.
Don’t get me wrong. It is very significant that Obama has never produced a real birth certificate. But if his mother had no reason to go to Africa, then why no long-form BC? So there is something murky that hasn’t been revealed. But the burden of proof is on us to provide a decent reason, and documentation that stands up in court, that Ann Dunham left Hawaii and traveled internationally, to have her baby.
It is also significant that Obama might have held another nation’s passport. That’s the really intriguing possibility.
