Bad body odor could be in your DNA, dermatologists revealed. While nearly everyone sweats, it turns out your genes could determine how much you perspire and how smelly you get. Heather Kornmehl, a Texas-based dermatologist, informed her 111,000 TikTok followers that whether you get smelly as the day progresses or during a strenuous workout may be out of your control. Some people are more likely to have a foul odor after a hard workout or a long day than others due to variations in the ABCC11 gene, which is responsible for producing underarm body odor.

Beto O’Rourke saw firsthand what it's like to be just another presidential candidate during a sleepy town hall event Sunday afternoon as the enthusiasm and star power he sought to generate hit ground truth in Iowa. O'Rourke, 46, a former Texas congressman, started 30 minutes late, and the University of Iowa student union ballroom remained less than half filled as the candidate gave his pitch to fewer than 120 students, families, and retirees before taking questions. Many of those were not committed to O'Rourke. A number of attendees remarked to the Washington Examiner that O’Rourke’s crowd was smaller than they...

Lawyers for Christine Blasey Ford, the woman accusing Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh of sexual assault, are asking the Judiciary Committee for an additional day to make a decision about testifying. Debra Katz, a lawyer for Ford, sent a letter to Senate Judiciary Committee staff on Friday night calling the 10 p.m. timeline set by Chairman Chuck Grassley's (R-Iowa) staff "arbitrary" and an "aggressive and artificial" deadline. "Its sole purpose is to bully Dr. Ford and deprive her of the ability to make a considered decision that has life-altering implications for her and her family. She has already been forced...

Was he just a prop to be exploited for photo-ops by an uncaring politician owner? Sure looks that way – the “great animal lover” Obama didn’t take Bo with him to Palm Springs, and now the Obamas have jetted off to the Caribbean for x weeks, with not the slightest hint that Obama misses Bo, or even remembers him. There’s not even any suggestion that Bo will move to Chicago with them. Poor dog – Bo is a nice animal, and deserves an owner who actually cares – not just to be kicked to the curb as soon as his...

Bo Xilai is down, but not out yet Thursday, May 31, 2012 By David Kan Ting, Special to The China Post The oft-quoted Chinese saying, “people's eyes are snow-brilliant,” (人民的眼ç›æ˜¯é›ªäº®çš„) has a ring of truth, after all. The adage, attributable to Chairman Mao Zedong, asserts that the eyes of people are piercing and sharp, able to see the difference between right and wrong, and to penetrate the smoke and mirrors of the reactionaries and counterrevolutionaries. The chairman seems to have got it right again this time as mainland China is rocked by scandal after scandal. Time magazine called the country...

Find Them Before They Spoil the Bunch As a business owner and/or manager, you work hard and spend a considerable amount of time and money on hiring the right people. Prior experience, references and whether or not the person will fit into your company's culture are all things that must be carefully examined.
