A private investigator has released to WND an affidavit that casts doubt on whether Barack Obama's family lived at the address listed in the published notice of his birth in 1961.
Jorge Baro was hired by WND to investigate issues related to Obama's birth amid allegations the Democrat does not meet the Constitution's requirement that a president be a "natural born citizen."
Baro's affidavit documents an interview his staff conducted with Beatrice Arakaki, who has lived at 6075 Kalanianaole Highway in Honolulu since before Obama was born.
The affadivit is at the center of a federal lawsuit filed prior to the November election in Hattiesburg, Miss., before U.S. District Judge Keith Starrett. The suit is one of several yet to be adjudicated that calls for proof of Obama being a "natural born citizen" as required by the Constitution.
Baro is the in-house senior investigator for Elite Legal Services, LLC, in Royal Palm Beach, Fla.

Wouldn't know that for another 22 years since they are not released to the public until 70 years after they are taken.
The information about those two is sketchy at best, it seems there has been a lot of scrubbing going on! The present owner of the house was quoted in a Nov.9/08 article published in “The Honolulu Advertiser” that she had received phone calls asking if she knew that her home had been the first home of Jr and she said, “I didn’t know” She didn’t know because neither the Dunhams nor Obama ever lived there. It would have been a simple matter for Nani Smethurst to look through the history of the home in the paperwork she has and yet she didn’t know the home was related to Jr? Now how fishy does that sound?
Census Records for 1960 will not be released until 2035. The records for 1930 were just recently released.
Any other public record available to show residency?

Has anyone done a title search on the house? I don’t know about Hawaii, but most towns or counties keep real property records that go way back.
If Bush had fixed the broken Justice Department and the broken FBI, maybe somebody could have checked this out. Questions about Obama’s birth place and records have been asked ever since he came on the scene.
I would think it was one of the responsibilities of the FBI to look into anyone running for president to see if they could get a security clearance. I thought one of the jobs of the FBI was to protect the security of our country and its citizens.
You know what I am doing right now! I just went to the Advertiser website and re-read the housing article and noted that the present owner said she didn’t know that her home was associated with Jr.
As I have said all along the Dunhams originally lived at 2277 Kamehameha Ave. before moving to 2234 University Ave. Once Ann moved to Indonesia they moved to the apartment at 1617 S. Beretania St., where Madelyn lived until her death Nov.2/08
I believe the apartment located at 110 1427 Alexander St. was rented for Ann and Jr by her parents upon her return from WA state. She remained there until just before she registered for spring classes at UH at Manoa in 1963.

Phone books may be a possibility and Hawaii may have had a Polk’s City Directory for 1960-61 but if they did it would be located in oe of the libraries there. Orland Scott and Thelma Jones Lefforge Young are much harder to track and believe me I have been trying since late November and hitting many dead ends! Sure have learned of the many Lefforge families located in the U.S. though! Using webcrawler I did find a phone listing for Orland Lefforge for later in his life but not for that time period.
I wish the best of luck to WND. At least someone is doing something.
LOL yes I am laughing because I have been searching and tracing Orland Scott Lefforge since late November, and hitting a lot of blank walls leaving yet more questions! Now about that fudge......
It simply creates more questions with no answers. There are a lot of walls out there and the owner of the house in 1961 has a lot of questions unanswered.

Any birth records in Canada are only available for immediate family unless they were born more than 75 years ago. Records from Kenya pre-independence were all taken to London once Kenya became independent Dec.12/63. I am surprised no one has gone to London to look at those records!
