Catching up on TM. Thanks for all your links to HLF, Cindy. BTTT!
You’re welcome P Galt.
I find the HLF case fascinating and the lack of in depth coverage by the main-stream-media appalling.
Iranian intelligence official visits Lebanon
Monday, 17 December, 2007
Beirut - A senior Iranian intelligence officer arrived in Lebanon the week of Dec. 9, and Imad Mughniyah, Hezbollah official in charge of foreign operations accompanied the officer to his meetings there, Stratfor sources said Dec. 16.
The two have held continuous talks with Hezbollah foreign operations officers in meetings attended by Hezbollah security chief Wafiq Safa. They later traveled to the town of Nabi Sheit in the northern Biqaa, then met with Syrian intelligence officers led by Brig. Gen. Ali Diab in Hezbollah training grounds in Shara near the border village of Janta.
Imad Mugniyah, a senior member of the Hezbollah militant organization has been living in Tehran. Sometimes described as a "master terrorist", Mugniyah has been implicated in the 1983 bombings of the U.S. Embassy in Beirut, and U.S. Marine and French peacekeeping barracks, which killed over 350, as well as the 1992 bombings of the Israeli embassy in Buenos Aires. He was also linked to numerous kidnappings of Westerners in Beirut through the 1980s, most notably that of Terry Anderson. Some of these individuals were later killed such as U.S. Army Col William Francis Buckley.

American border guards at the Lynden, Wash. border crossing used a vehicle gamma-ray imaging system to uncover hundreds of kilograms of marijuana.
Guards also arrested a 30-year-old Surrey man allegedly driving the truck. During the scan, border officers spotted something unusual in the roof of an empty commercial trailer heading into the U.S. from Aldergrove, B.C.
A Massachusetts state police helicopter pilot reported that his aircraft was lit up by a laser beam as he escorted an LNG tanker's approach to the Everett facility just outside of Boston harbor. The helicopter crew using cameras and other high tech equipment determined the area of origin for the laser beam, and about an hour later, the Coast Guard and police found a suspect. Maybe he thought it was funny to point a hand-held laser beam at a helicopter, but he now faces a federal prison term if convicted. Officials would not reveal exactly how they found the man, nor would they release his name, but they did not believe that he was acting as a terrorist.
Nautical News - ...”found a suspect.”
That’s very good news.
Thanks MamaDearest.
Hmmmmm, more Presbyterians at it again (no profiling allowed).
Did you notice, once again, the failure to report the suspect’s name? Coincidental I’m sure (sarc).
Well, at least we know what his aka is...
