TOLEDO, Ohio (AP) - Police used tear gas to break up a rock-throwing crowd that had gathered to protest a planned march Saturday by the National Socialist Movement.
At least two dozen members of a Roanoke, Va.-based group that calls itself "America's Nazi Party" had gathered at Wilson Park just before noon and were to march under police protection.

The 'threat' of Nazi's having 'free speech' ruined a neighborhood. I live near a small southern town with deep KKK roots who denied KKK assembly because of the common good. Businesses did not want to see violent protests.
Just for the sake of information, not argument, under international law, restrictions on free speech are connected to protection of the rights and reputations of others (prevention of defamation), and the protection of national security and public order, health and morals.
Did the 'threat' of reaction to a Nazi protest endanger the health and welfare of Toledo? What about the residents' rights?
Would seem that even the Toledo Blade had some inkling as to what was up.
And, I fail to see where I or any link I pointed you to stated that it was ok to engage in any form of criminal activity. If I did, show me. Otherwise, try a little comprehension when you read.
That was something that once was taught in public school. I fear it has been abandoned of late. Along with other educational disciplines.

Not sure why you posted this to me but FWIW. The only thing that endangered the health and welfare of Toledo on this day was the mayhem cause by rioting Black thugs.

If a man walks up to you and says that he's going to kill you and your family, many states allow you to shoot him on the spot if you believe that he might carry out that threat. Why should people who band together to threaten others be treated any differently?
