I am watching a Cspan 3 of the vote. Hard to read the screen but it looks like a 12 to 5 vote for Roberts to be Chief Justice.

The C-Span site shows an O vote beside Brownback - I don't know what that means... And no vote at all for Coburn.

Feinswine, Boxer... Same thing
Used to have a slight bit of respect for Feinstein.....that is now gone, and you're right.....they're the same!! What a shame for we Californians!!!
To: Rokke
Boxer didn't need a reason to vote against Roberts...She simply votes her dementia.

13 - 5
3 Democrats: Kohl, Feingold and Leahy voted with GOP.
To: Artemis Webb
Why? He acted like a moron the other day.
A NO from him doesn't surprise me a bit.

Usual suspects in other words. The only two times that Kennedy can mudder the word "yes" is when someone say: "Anyone for a drink?" or "Free Cheeseburgers!"

Hmmm. I had assumed that Schumer would vote to approve him, based on his closing statement during the hearing. I guess I was wrong.

Both Wisconsin Democrats (Kohl, Feingold) vote for Roberts.
Why?
