Hillary Now Leader at MoveOn White House Protest: "Freepers Should be Shot"
Friday, September 9, 2005 | Kristinn

Byron York of The National Review had a great article yesterday about the devolution of the MoveOn Katrina Victims protest at the White House.

Dana Milbank of the Washington Post also wrote about MoveOn's troubled demonstration.

However, apparently both these fine observers of the scene had departed when the worst part of the MoveOn protest happened.

As Angelwood and I stood talking and debating with malingering MoveOn protesters, a man standing about twenty or thirty feet away from us was giving an interview with an independent D.C. journalist.

I recognized the man as a long time liberal activist from Florida whom we had first met during the build up to the impeachment of President Clinton.

Then, he was defending Bill Clinton, now he's trying to draft his wife Hillary to run for president herself.

It took a while for the man's name to come to mind. It was Bob...something.

As he was giving the interview, the man became agitated and started speaking in a loud voice. He welled up into a tirade and blurted out, "FReepers should be shot!"

I was looking at him as he said this, as his loud voice was naturally drawing the attention of those within ever-growing earshot as his decibel level grew.

Knowing he was out on the political hustings and has been on TV shows and been quoted many times in the press, I asked him if he had just said that we (Freepers) should be shot . I thought maybe he'd take it back and try to excuse himself for being so worked up.

But no, he responded, "Yes, you should be shot!"

He walked away after that. The police did nothing.

Angelwood and I left soon after. The man's name finally came to me. Bob Kunst, president of Hillary Now.

I suppose he's lucky the TV cameras were long gone by then. But there is an audiotape. There was a microphone right in his face when he yelled out, "Freepers should be shot!"

Fundamentally, this is what Hitlary's "Senior Thesis" ia all about, and the official volume on file at her college is locked away from anyone's viewing.

The Dem Clinton's Politburo is Leninist.

(I have some 50-60 hours of economics et al. with a particular interest in The 20th Century Soviet Evil, overall my avocational focus has been in how European governments and civil societies prepared for war, endured the hardships/slaughter during and how some survived post-war famines. We are no different when we're nuked.)

FReepers must read how Lenin based and funded by Germany gained power and that his hands were all over the slaughtr of White Russians, tens of millions of them, so that true fascism/communism upon the masses could take control - as we saw at Mt. Carmel. IMO, the Clintons long planned to pick a fight in '93 with marginalized Christians to announce to the Vast Rightwing Conspiracy that the Bill & Hillary were in control of the police powers of the State.

IMO, that was Hitlary's first screwup in office - not Hitlary Health Care, because she was blinded by her new grip on POWER over life and death - POWER at any cost. Eminent Domain is child's play.

We are always one election cycle from defeat. If the left gets power they will wield it as destructively as they can.

They are unrestrained by facts and logic now. Can you imagine if they are unrestrained by parliamentary law? I can and it's not pretty.

The left would be stupid to start one.

We've got all the guns, remember

One of the funniest (and most sensible) things I ever saw in the DUmp was on a thread where the "children in black" were advocating insurrection right after the SC shut down Gore. One poster observed that she didn't think it was a good idea since her area was full of well armed conservatives and the most lethal thing she had was the cat-discipline spray bottle.

This is a very important point.

Liberals have no power that we don't cede to them. They can only gain ground by turning us against ourselves which is why they are forever trying to contrive ways of casting conservatives as hypocrites and pitting one faction against the other.

If it weren't for PG county and Montgomery county being essentially extensions of DC, MD would be resoundingly Republican.

Not quite... You've forgotten totally about the largest bastion of leftism here, the City of Baltimore...

Sounds like this gun shop doesn't have very good security. Shouldn't the handguns have been locked up in a safe?

This is a VERY large gun shop with thousands of guns in stock. It would be very impractical for them to have to lock up every one of their many handguns in a safe every night. Besides, this is the South, not some "Peoples Republic" up north or out on the left coast, where left-wing, anti-gun politicians come up with worthless feel-good legislation after worhtless feel-good legislation. Even when their anti-gun laws SOUND reasonable at face value, they often have unintended, and deadly consequences for their law-abiding citizens.

A good while back (in the 90's, during the Clinton reign of terror, if I remember right), I read that there was a town or county ordnance in Oregon (or one of the NW states) that required gun shops to lock up handguns and so-called "assault rifles" in a safe, or other more secure area after closing each day. Sounds reasonable, huh? Problem is, while the ordnance solved the problem of after hours BURGLARIES, it created a situation where criminals, to get the guns they wanted to steal, started comitting ARMED ROBBERIES during store hours. This resulted (the unintended consequence) in two gun store employees getting shot and killed during one of these violent robberies.

WONDERFUL huh?

Anyway, back to the story I posted about the gun shop I frequent. If not liberal, at least DUMB politicians in the town have contributed to this store being less secure. I talked to the manger about the robberies, and told him I was surprised that his store didn't have any security bars on the windows. He said that they have been trying for YEARS to get approval from the city to put security shutters, or other such devices on the windows, but the city won't let them, for whatever reason (maybe looks). All they are allowed to have is a surveillance system and an alarm system (they have also now hired an off-duty cop to patrol outside the store during the night), and it can't be one that blares outside of the store! I told him that I would tell the city that I will sue them if any guns, stolen from my shop, were used to murder or injure someone.

Stupid, stupid politicians.

"Well, then, not to worry.

Senator Clinton will undoubtedly take care of him in her own unique way once this hits the fan..."

I believe he says nothing she doesn't agree with. Should she be elected, I believe she's want this forum's membership as her first hit list. She is ruthless, delusional, and parasitic.
