Are you as fed up as I am over the bad decisions being handed down by the SCOTUS and throughout the judiciary? Are you tired of judicial activism? Are you tired of being ruled by the men in black robes? Is it time to remind the SCOTUS that We The People ARE the final arbiters of law and justice in this land?
Are you fed up with the weak-kneed Republican Senate? Are you ready to drop the nuclear option on the obstructionist Democrats? Are you fed up with Specter and the RINOs?
Is it time for us to rise up and march on Washington again? How many of you are willing to join me in another march to D.C. to straighten out these yahoos and remind them of who's in charge in this republic?
If they can do it in Lebanon, we can do it here!!
Jim Robinson fired up bump!
I believe you are wishing to respond to the very person I responded to, posting from Canada. I used to be in CA and I'm quite on top of what the Terminator is up to! Whatever I can do to help him (and all of you), I will!
Not appropriate. We can't be like Ward Churchill
Kansas?
Even Kerry's campaign train wouldn't stop in Kansas.
lol
They need to be reminded that they were sent to Washington to "Get it Done".
Rush also said that the Republicans are still acting like they are the minority and letting the Dems still act like they are the majority. It HAS to stop.
It's time for the people to take our country back from renegade judges and make Congressman accoutable to their constituents.
It says We The People.
And I added it.
It seems to me if there was just one strong advocate...only one...to take on these judicial issues in the Senate, Republicans and the public would coalesce around that leader. The Dems have appointed Putzy Schumer to lead the charge for obstruction. Where is the one, designated point person among Republicans, to challenge everything Schumer or "Sheets" Byrd say?
(psst...I know. I was joking :-)
It's time, no doubt.
I think "not appropiate" is what the British said about 1775.
Seems to me like it will be Jim Rob.
We fall in behind him, he goes in and has a meeting.
What say you Jim?
We will be your numbers, we don't just march, you go into the White House with our agenda.
:)
I agree!
I have had on C-span most of the day and I would have loved to see Frist get up and at least complain about the SCOTUS using INTERNATIONAL LAW when voting and writing this decision--
I haven't heard anything---if any one else has, please let us know, but the fact that I haven't seen or heard one member of Congress complain about that aspect, at least, give me the bad feeling that they just really don't care what happens to America and their constituents as long as they retain their power and prestige and cushy job--
I am really ticked!!!
Oh, that's me, I just got out of the shower.
As a licensed clinical social worker I am offerring a free evaluation for Justice Kennedy. (The other four are outa here so I wouldn't waste my time).
Just in: my conclusion. DON'T appoint anyone from California even if a "conservative" eg Warren and Kennedy.
Let's see; a 17 year old has all the rights of the Constitution in a criminal case BUT adult consequences aren't included.
In the recovery field, SCOTUS would be called insanity, i.e. going down the same road, expecting a different result.
Well, welcome to FRee Republic----we need all the veterans we can get---
and thank you for your service to our country!!!!
