Are you as fed up as I am over the bad decisions being handed down by the SCOTUS and throughout the judiciary? Are you tired of judicial activism? Are you tired of being ruled by the men in black robes? Is it time to remind the SCOTUS that We The People ARE the final arbiters of law and justice in this land?
Are you fed up with the weak-kneed Republican Senate? Are you ready to drop the nuclear option on the obstructionist Democrats? Are you fed up with Specter and the RINOs?
Is it time for us to rise up and march on Washington again? How many of you are willing to join me in another march to D.C. to straighten out these yahoos and remind them of who's in charge in this republic?
If they can do it in Lebanon, we can do it here!!

Let's do it BEFORE Justice Stephen Breyer decides that some French court ruling makes the First Amendment inapplicable to peaceful protests of our black robe wearing, unaccountable and unelected legislators.

They either did or were thinking of doing it. I don't remember the legislation either.
Nope. The SCOTUS can't enforce squat. The Justice Dept and/or Military are required for that and both report to..guess who?
POTUS, that's who.
As A.Jackson said (loosely quoted) "They have made their decision now let's see them enforce it"...All that is needed are some cahones in the WH and Halls of Congress.

In the case when a state has a stupid law, it's not the job of the SCOTUS to rule on every single stupid law on a state's books.
Even "conservative" federal judges need to hear from us: Stick to the US Constitution, and return state issues to state courts.
Today's decision is just as bad, and for the same reason. I will be honored to go after the Court, side by side with you. Just tell me when.

Declaring something 'UnConstitutional' doesn't make it a law.
Only Congress can make law, and if they wish, they can just ignore the courts attempt to legislate from the bench.
Of course, they won't do that, and still hope to be re-elected.

Well, that's true. The original post was ambiguous--it sounded like the poster was saying that Bush could outright change the ruling, which is not quite the same thing as not enforcing it.

I don't know if this has been mentioned, but my local Congressman...Tom Finney, has introduced a Bill that forbids the SCOTUS from making rulings based on foreign law and UN treaties.
He is absolutely pissed that the Supremes would except language from the UN...which was already formally denied by Congress and the President. These people have gotten way out of hand as they are attempting to usurp what little sovereignty we have left.
