What Are You Doing To Calm Your Nerves?

With the talk about voter fraud, the fact that Kerry will declare "an early victory," and the fact that Kerry will contest no matter if Bush wins, I am getting stressed out. Each poll is like a roller coaster. What are you guys doing when you need to take break from this madnesss?

Strange you ask this because I was asking myself the very same thing a couple hours ago. I am already going crazy from the fraud, thousands of attorneys ready and Kerry saying he will announce early on that he has won.
Drink heavily sounds good.
Don't watch TV or listen to the radio
Listen to my iPod

I know exactly how you feel.
The short answer is.....an approximation to civil war. Not much difference today from the REAL civil war, rage, anger and disgust-wise.
The long answer is also civil war.
I don't think that TPTB are willing to undergo another civil war, so W will win.

I don't have television, so I don't have the 'honor' of watching any of the MSM or FOX or any other station.
I keep my home radio on Country Music (and NASCAR when they run) and the computer on Christian Music at work.
I check out FR on my 'breaks' at work, before work, at lunch, after work.
But I have this thing figured out. Kerry is not supposed to win. I think he's the only one who doesn't know that. If Kerry wins, then Hillary can't run in 2008 unless she can get him removed from office. She might have the FBI file with his Military papers, but how does she get that out to the media without 'outing' herself as a thief?
So she and Teresa, who doesn't want to live in any 'little people's house' in DeeCee, have "The Plan" for Teresa to come out with totally obnoxious statements, each one carefully orchestrated to cause the 'undecideds' to vote for Bush. These obnoxious statements will become 'news' every two to three days between now and November 2. If Bush wins handily (double digits), then Kerry would look foolish trying to file a lawsuit. This will give Hillary the time she needs to build her base of operations for the 2008 election. Teresa will be instrumental in Hillary's Cabinet. Of course, Teresa will divorce Kerry soon after the election is over.
But I STILL pray and urge others who pray to continue in the practice. Over 50% of the people posting on this thread pray. That wouldn't make us the "right wing Christian Conspiracy" that Hillary is afraid of, would it?? Pray without ceasing. Pray, pray, when you come to the end of your rope, tie a knot, hang on and pray some more. +Pace e Bene+ +Peace and Blessings+

I make them. It's really easy. You simply get a urinal cake and glue a picture of the two twits to it.

i'd love to hear kerry spew forth regarding an early victory and then watch him try to back it up while being electoral-collegelly swamped ... people aren't that stupid to fall for it... the only reason we hear about any of that cr*p is because the kookleft, though a minority, includes the press (and they're going to have to drink a LOT to go along with kerry on that) ... don't let the left make you go all wobbly... as for me, a kerry presidency, though unfortunate, doesn't effect my salvation ... as long as I follow what my Savior says, then I am all right with whatever happens

Which show is it that has that hilarious faggot (the skinny one with the shaved head and the wrist so limp he can barely hold his Black & Decker cordless)?Hell, it could be any of 'em. You have to give me more info than that if you want me to narrow it down to one particular show.

Pray without ceasing. Pray, pray, when you come to the end of your rope, tie a knot, hang on and pray some more.I agree.
When my daughter was playing basketball for Ohio State, I remember during her Freshman year, talking to one of the mom's of a Senior player about my fear of her flying to and from the games.
I have never flown, and I agonized over every road trip, and made sure my daughter called me as soon as the plane touched down.
This wise woman told me a phrase I'll never forget...."If you pray don't worry, and if you worry, don't pray".
As difficult as it is, I still try to remember those words.

Don't have digital cable so we don't get TV Land. Really miss those old shows!! I'm watching TVLand these days, along with my favorite, HGTV. The Cosby Show on Nick at Night is also a big laugh. Right now I'm watching "Win Ben Stein's Money" on the game channel.
I can't even stand Fox News at the moment. Watching and hearing Kerry speak is too annoying. Since they're fair and balanced, we have to listen to Democrats talk. MSNBC is the worst with Reagan Jr. and other assorted Democrats. How they stay on the air is beyond me. Too bad so many freepers watch Matthews.
To: conservativeinferno
I put it in God's hand. I've already voted for W, given a couple hundred to the RNC and "prayed up" about the election.
I try to away from everything political (tv shows, radio, internet-except Freerepublic.)
Before, I found that I was getting too emotional over the election. I was obsessing over every single poll and every debate. I couldn't continue on this rollercoaster for two more weeks. Hopefully election day will be decisive and not drawn out like 2000.

MSNBC is the worst with Reagan Jr. and other assorted Democrats. Put on Scarborough, got chinless (ron reagan) instead. Watched for all of 2 minutes. Had screaming fit and had to change the channel!!!
I cannot understand how they stay on the air. My eight year old could do a better show!!!
