With the talk about voter fraud, the fact that Kerry will declare "an early victory," and the fact that Kerry will contest no matter if Bush wins, I am getting stressed out. Each poll is like a roller coaster. What are you guys doing when you need to take break from this madnesss?
Drinking heavily.
Polishing my gun.
Playing electric guitar and shooting big .45 holes in UN (paper) targets at the range does the trick for me.
I'm taking nervous comfort in the fact that John Kerry is losing his mind in front of the world.
Honestly, I am doing it now. I go to this site and chat among the good folk here.
Praying.
Thought you were talking about the Red Sox game tonight....Answer's the same; drinking.
WINE and a lot of deep cleansing breaths!
Tell myself Politics is a game we play MUCH better than they do.
I am cleaning my guns, preparing survival supplies.
If the fvckin' Rats try to steal this election, there will be oceans of blood in the streets.
God help us all.
I simply drink a bottle of water and then go to the men's room and use the urinal where I piss on a cake with Hanoi John's and Hanoi Jane's pictures on it.
pray......trust GOD....ignore the lib media hype for kerry
and all those propaganda polls. relax and do what you can to help
do the most important thing, GET OUT THE VOTE.
Ignoring polls, and hanging out on the Undead Thread.
Meditating on this verse:
"He alone is my rock and my salvation; He is my fortress, I will not be shaken." Psa. 62:6.
Knowing God is in control is the only way I can have any peace during this time.
Other than drinking heavily, I make it a point to watch something NON-POLITICAL on television every day.
Lately the only place I can find purely non-political programming is the Home & Garden channel. My favorite shows are "Mission:Organization" and "Design on a Dime".
Heheh. You beat me to it!
Seriously, I have days when the news just gets me down. Those days, I just have to walk away from it for a while. And it spans the gamut of emotions, from depression to elation, to fear and to anger. I think anger is one of the biggest. I am SO angry and disappointed to see the madness of the Dems. They are just outright mean and classless people. And they're encouraging their "base" to be just as mean and classless.
He's a dangerous man.
