An unarmed man was fatally shot in a broad daylight ambush during a dispute over a parking spot at a North Lauderdale Walmart on Tuesday.
62-year-old Bart Diguglielmo was shot by a woman during an argument over a parking space.
The unidentified shooter is claiming self-defense. Diguglielmo was not armed.
Diguglielmo's family said he was a Christian man and a decorated veteran who served in Desert Storm in the Army National Guard.
The shooting was captured on a Tesla cam and cell phone camera.
NBC Miami reported:
A man who was shot by a woman during what authorities said was a dispute over a parking space at a North Lauderdale Walmart has died, officials said.
The Broward Sheriff's Office said Wednesday that 62-year-old Bart Diguglielmo of Lauderhill died from his injuries.
The incident happened shortly before 12:30 p.m. Tuesday outside the store at 7900 W. McNab Road.
A witness captured the shooting on a cell phone video and cameras from a nearby Tesla showed the fatal incident unfold.
Why aren't we burning down buildings and looting all the stores?
It was bad when I moved in 1980.................
Curious, ain’t it?
A murderer is arrested and interrogated, but officials have absolutely no idea who they are. The ‘New Normal’, to which we are to become accustomed. Somebody directed that her name not be released. Who was that, and more importantly, why? We are not permitted to know. I want to know.
I don’t know how this will turn out with a more detailed look, but right now it looks like he was talking to her, you can’t kill someone just for talking to you even if they are annoying, especially in such a public space.
Was there a deadly threat or not, being male alone doesn’t make that sex an automatic threat, reverse the sexes.
Friggin angry ‘merican hos. I hope they take her Handmaiden tails cape and Elizabethan dog collar away. She’s just gone overboard with her hatred. Most are just 300 pound Darien Gappers who are Aunt Teefus “veterans who lug rubber M-16s around.

Bad shoot. You can’t shoot someone for walking towards you. He was unarmed and never touched her with anything but words.
I feel the same way about naming judges. If a judge is letting criminals loose, or off with minimal time, the People have a right to know that judge’s name.
I hate to break this to folks, but under FL law...

...the shooter may have a legal leg to stand on.
In any case, the victim was an idiot for approaching her over a parking beef.
For God’s sake, people, let it go.
Did he come into her space or not?
It didn’t look like it to me, although he was close.
Seems to me that the underlying problem is arguing about a parking space in the first place. Just forget it and move on.
Confronting a person pointing a gun at you is not very bright.
I would bet you a dollar for a donut that Walmart has additional video footage...
That’s how they do it in Africa and socialist, U.S. “blew” colonies. Somebody doesn’t give a fatass Wally Mobile driver a parking spot, da ho shoots them.
No grey area here Tango. The man did not have a gun or any kind of weapon. I’m sure that if this 62 year old veteran was your dad you would agree. That she was black or white or brown or yellow doesn’t matter. She shot and killed an unarmed OLD man. She will have to accept the consequences.
No need to look, its them...
YOGI?
“ If a judge is letting criminals loose, or off with minimal time, the People have a right to know that judge’s name.”
If the judge is selected not elected can’t do anything to them.
However, an elected judge can have their case history pulled and used by an opposition candidate to show how they “judge” cases brought before them.
This could be done by an enterprising individual who creates a website detailing case history. Public information you know!
This is a woman?
