An incredible image captures the bizarre UFO–like ring floating above Possagno, a tiny town in the foothills of the Italian Alps.
The photograph was taken by photographer Valter Binotto, who watched as the glowing structure flashed in the sky at 10:45 local time on November 17.

This ring is likely a structure known as an 'emission of light and very low–frequency perturbations due to electromagnetic pulse sources', or ELVEs for short. These are rings of red or green light created by electromagnetic pulses produced by powerful lightning strikes

Of course, there's always the chance they could be lying and trying to conceal the fact that these type of phenomena are directed energy weapon attacks from alien craft like 3I/Atlas.

I suppose it would be too much to ask someone to capture a spectrum of the red light in question, or to take several images simultaneously captured from slightly different locations that could enable a 3D reconstruction of the glow.

Actually what is baffling is ‘squaring’ the included explanation (Spites and ELVEs) with the photo that shows clear and nearly cloudless skies.

It is a frame from a video. It happens too fast to take a picture . It is all over in 1/1000 of a second.
I think the twilight zone episode “the monsters are due on Maple Street” dealt with the phenomena of humans rushing to blaming alien bugaboos for every unknown phenomena.
