Ukraine's military launched another attack on a Russian airbase, thousands of miles from the frontlines. The attack took place overnight and targeted Savasleyka airfield in the Nizhny Novgorod region.
The airbase is home to a number of fighter jets, including the MiG-31 K, which can fire lethal Kinzhal ballistic missiles. Ukraine’s army said the attack had wiped out a MiG-31 K and a SU-30/34 aircraft, which are regularly used to launch aerial bombardments on the country.

A MiG-31 K costs around US$50 million (£37m) per unit, and an SU-30/34 a tidy US$36 million (£27m).

“Ukraine's army said..”
They say alot of things that don't match the truth. Like the last nuclear bomber attack.

I think Britain is at open war with Ukraine. Wouldn’t it be interesting if some “rogue” Russian-ally drones blew up assets in the UK?

NATO Chief Rutte urges members to make “quantum leap” in defense capabilities, including 400% increase in air and missile defenses to counter growing threat from russia. “We see in Ukraine how Russia delivers terror from above,” he says - three hours after Ukraine reports their most successful defensive night of the war. According to Ukraine, nearly 99% of every sent by Russia was defeated!
To add to the mystique, it seems that Russia did not launch these missiles.
Ukrainian air defence shot down 277 of 479 Shahed-type drones, 188 were intercepted by electronic warfare means or crashed. 4 of 4 Kh-47 M2 Kinzhal missiles, 10 of 10 Kh-101 cruise missiles, 2 of 2 Kh-31P anti-radiation missiles, 1 of 1 Kh-35 cruise missiles. Russia had also launched 3 Kh-22 missiles, 2 of them crashed....

A weird situation indeed but as President Lula of Brazil told “Le Monde” last week the hatred of Russia comes from the US government.
I interpret that as “Deep State HQ” in Langley (CIA).
Donald Trump has ordered the European countries to spend more on their national defense.
The politicians have stepped up to the mikes in Germany, France, the UK, the Netherlands to put the blame on Russia for them having to comply with President Trump’s demands on defense spending.
One way or another Europe is being manipulated and controlled by the US while projecting independence.
It will be interesting to see if France recognizes a Palestinian state later this month. That would show real independence from the US if nothing else.

It seems it would show France has been conquered by Islam.

At some point Russia will simply station men with shotguns by parked warplanes throughout Russia.
