"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.

Item One:
I have been trying to explain how bad the PRC's debt problem is. The PRC industrialized on a credit driven model. About 30-45% of this was in the housing sector. If you had a plan to produce jobs, the CCP found a way to get you financed. So where did all this money come from?
The bulk of it came from the Chinese people. The CCP left the people with only one place to invest their savings, Real Estate, so that is where it went. The vehicle to get this money into the hands of the developers was hundreds of rural, local, and regional banks.
All went well until Xi's "Three red lines" policy was introduced to try and bring some sanity into the Housing Sector. The local governments were the first to get squeezed. Now it is the turn of the small banks. These small banks are holding loans valued at 115 trillion Yuan, that's $15 TRILLION.
The Housing Sector over built leaving a glut of unfinished and uninhabited buildings around the country. I have been detailing since last fall how the resale market for these properties has collapsed leading to rapidly falling prices. The rapid slowing of the PRC economy is leading to increasing defaults on loans.
The banks are between a rock and a hard place. They can foreclose on the properties and hope to recover something before resale prices go lower. If they do so, they have to formally admit that they have a bad debt and remove the asset from their balance sheet. This makes them less liquid and harder to attract depositors.
This is leading to the failure of 1-3 small and rural banks every DAY. There is no FDIC in the PRC. When these banks fail people lose their life savings. This, among other issues, is leading to increasing social unrest in China. For the CCP, the is the Sum of all Fears.
How much social unrest do you think the CCP will allow LP?

Currently there are up to 500 public protests, for all reasons, taking place every day in the PRC. A few of these are taking on a decidedly anti-CCP tone.
How bad can it get? How would you feel if your government had only left you one way to invest for your retirement and then allowed all that savings to effectively disappear.
What do you think the protests would be like in the US if the current administration announced that Social Security and Medicare would, not could, disappear at some future time and there was nothing the government could do to stop it. In the mean time, the government was confiscating private savings to push the date out into the future and, yes, current workers still have to pay into Social Security even though they will never get anything.
How do you think that would go down in the US? Not pretty, right? It will go down worse in the PRC.
Right now Taiwan is probably thinking, "Eeh, maybe we DON'T want reunification with West Taiwan after all.

Actually, this poll posted by Elon Musk on X/Twitter is more scientific than any we have seen on the MSM.
5.8 Million people responded. It was available to people of either party with just a click.
73.2% of those selected Trump. This is a huge indicator, much better than any “random” sample of a pre-selected college dorm, as are the MSM polls.
If you venture away from FR, to X/Twitter, or Youtube, or any widely used social media, you would have noticed that gazillions of traditional Democrat locked-up segments of the voting public have abandoned the commie Democrats, and they have done so very publicly and loudly, dragging along multitudes of other former plantation people.
In this information war, we are winning bigly. In the courts, we are winning lots, losing a little, but winning more than we have seen in the past 12 years.
In the state-by-state election security battles, we have made some substantial wins in TX, GA, NV, with the legal processes still underway in many other states.
We have about 10 more weeks until the election, and more court cases in the works. I suspect we’ll see lots of false flag attacks, because the enemy is desperate. Don’t get caught up in any of those.
