The horrifying discovery of skeletal remains found washed up on a popular beach has shocked locals and sent the internet into meltdown.
Bobbi-Lee Oates came across the alien-like remains while walking a beach at Keppel Sands on Queensland's Capricornia Coast last week and turned to a marine biology Facebook group to solve the mystery.
'We came across this, wondering if anyone has any idea what it is or who I could possibly get to find out exactly what it is,' she captioned photos of the eerie discovery.

Yes, that’s what the biologist in the article thinks, too.
Tail looks too robust to me.
Be helpful in these photos if people put a known object in the picture so size could be better estimated (eg a bottle, anything).
