No animal that does not eat meat would come equipped with teeth like that. Ergo, if its natural for that animal (ie us) to eat meat, its going to be healthy for that animal to do so.
And if it was an article extolling the miracles of veganism there would ostensibly be ads for beyond meat etc. You’ll never escape the advertising….. it’s mostly keyword-based these days.
