Great advice, all around. My health improved when I started walking a lot, daily. Of course I was much younger, but I walked briskly 45 -60 minutes a day.

Seems he waited until Trumps presidency was over and than got MBS to come up with some cash.
I don’t trust many doctors any more. Maybe a few that are customers or long term doctors who don’t need the money. Most of the rest are undoubtedly compromised by big bucks from big pharma.
