Ah yes, but everyone will know anyway. It’s the same phenomenon that occurs when a vicious crime is committed and the perp escaped. The BOLO describes everything but the race of the perp, unless he’s white. We’ve been conditioned to know that the failure to mention the most pertinent detail gives it away.

I disagree about being silent.
When a lurker posts, it really lifts our spirits. After lurking for a while, you have valuable insight into who we are and how we are doing. We don’t really know if we are having any effect at all on lurkers.
You don’t have to post a lot, if you don’t want to, but once in a while would be wonderful. Truly.
