JUST IN - U.S. House has adjourned until noon tomorrow after three failed votes for Kevin McCarthy.
McTurtle and McCarthy are shameless grifters as well, but that's OK because they're YOUR grifters.
If McCarthy can’t secure enough votes from his own party via negotiation, how does anyone think he would be a good negotiator with Democrats?
Three separate votes with a failure to clinch. Yet he refuses to step aside. This is what I despise about politicians from the right and the left.
Not a landslide.
Right now, the Democratic half of the "donor community" is looking for five Republicans who will vote for a Democrat. This will go on for a while.
If they fail, leader Jeffries will allow however many votes McCarthy is short +1 to vote for him.
He still has 202 votes. It aint like it’s 148 to 70. I will not be surprised when this is over to learn that the so called base resisters, all 20 of them, were more interested in getting the committee assgts they wanted than any real concern for the party’s base.
They’re ALL grifters! So let’s at least elect one of the grifters and get on with it!
Three strikes and you’re out.
I forgot this is Washington DC.

They all suck. What’s funny is that both parties have swindled most of John Q Public into thinking it matters or that they’re accountable. They aren’t and they don’t care. Both sides. Beware the Ides of March.

Trump endorsed McCarthy.
All it takes is the market dipping[-5%] this week to get the gop vote wrapped up. They’ll start shouting leadership is needed, blah blah blah.
There is no GOP.
Well, if an "honorable man" is what I was searching for, the U.S. House of Representatives would be just about the last place I'd look.
People who think that their "elected representatives," of any stripe, are going to save them are fools, plain and simple. Vote harder, dummies.

I don’t have to agree with Trump on everything.
It doesn’t sound like the grifters as the country club trash calls their opponents or your leftist establishment trash are worth the efforts of any conservatives anymore, if this isn’t just establishment BS hysteria.

Ask congresswoman Renee Elmers of NC, Trump supporter, whose affair with McCarthy cost her her seat.
