JUST IN - U.S. House has adjourned until noon tomorrow after three failed votes for Kevin McCarthy.
Well, all these dummies better have a plan.

His RINO/Assistant-Democrat nature is on display. He needs to withdraw and move aside for a more conservative and patriotic choice. This is a fight for the survival of our nation and not business as usual! No more status quo and working with the DemonCrats!

IDK much about McCarthy as a person, but you are right, his behavior reeks of personal power-seeking. During the last election his contribution to the cause was a really flabby pale imitation of Gingrich’s Contract with America. He unveiled it one day and it sank without a trace, never to be seen or heard again.

The GOPe has chosen McCarthy. I am sure they will get a couple friends on the left to vote for him. The Dems need the Republicants to have the House so they have someone to blame for the next 2 years

Seems the rinos here on fr are more upset about a stonewall being placed before Mccarthy then they were at the 1.7 trillion dollar betrayal by mctraitor and company.
I fully support the holdouts. It’s about time the opportunity is not being squandered and being used to support American interests rather then betray the true American interests.

It’s a shame McCarthy has no honor: He is putting himself ahead of his party and the country.
An honorable man would call his caucus together and say, “It is obvious I do not have the support necessary to become Speaker. Therefore, I withdraw my name from consideration. Let us coalesce around a candidate that is acceptable to the body. That choice will have my full support.”
Unfortunately, he is not an honorable man.
