Well, if an "honorable man" is what I was searching for, the U.S. House of Representatives would be just about the last place I'd look.
People who think that their "elected representatives," of any stripe, are going to save them are fools, plain and simple. Vote harder, dummies.
No one is looking for a savior in Congress. And being “honorable” in Washington is the singular act of putting your country’s interests ahead of your own. That is a very rare breed in Washington. And honor in Washington — when it does exist — is episodic and transitory.
