It’s a video but here you are: —————————————————— 0:00 well let's look just at the near term 0:02 it's very hard to to look ahead of those 0:05 who do it usually get burned and 0:07 chastised for it but let's look at weeks 0:11 or maybe a month ahead and talk about 0:14 what the war termination operation that 0:17 the role that the Russians hope to to 0:20 launch might look like and what its 0:23 objectives would be not that we know 0:24 anything about what would actually 0:27 happen but if as I think we're both 0:31 confident Mr Putin does want to have a 0:34 fourth phase that terminates the war 0:37 smartly if not decisively then what what 0:40 would actually achieve that so we want 0:42 we're not talking about what will happen 0:43 but what both of us mostly you think 0:46 would be required uh to actually 0:51 um achieve a decisive operation 0:55 well I think it's important to go back 0:58 and remember that there was never any 1:00 intention whatsoever to conquer all of 1:02 Ukraine right remember this place is the 1:04 size of Texas 1:06 and to be perfectly Frank the Russians 1:08 really don't want to have to manage 1:10 millions of Western ukrainians who have 1:13 absolutely no desire to live under 1:14 Russian rule or government right they 1:16 never did 1:17 in fact Putin in a speech given back in 1:20 2015 or 16. it was sort of a statement 1:24 he made during a question and answer 1:25 appeared I think it was in St Petersburg 1:27 somebody asked him well what about the 1:29 Western ukrainians and what do you think….

Macgregor explains why/how he thinks it will be Russia.
Macgregor’s predictions and pronouncements have proven less reliable than Adam Schiff’s.
He’s more reliable that Joe Biden and the West’s propaganda machine.
“Macgregor’s predictions and pronouncements have proven less reliable than Adam Schiff’s.”
Nice try.
Please try again.
Yeah, the “propaganda machine” has certainly covered up the “fact” that Russian Troops overran Kiev in February 2022.
When does winter give you an advantage in war?
1. When the enemy controls the skies, and doesn’t have winter capable aircraft.
2. When you have troops trained and equipped to fight in winter and the enemy does not.
3. When you have rock solid logistics, and the enemy does not.
4. When you feel that given more time the enemy can reenforce a checkpoint.
When is winter attack a stupid waste?
1. When you are inpatient for summer offensive.
2. When your desperate for some type of advance.
3. When poor weather is no advantage
4. When your troops have wrong equipment, wrong training, and no logistics.
In this setting, the Russians have demonstrated potentially the worst logistical support potentially in history thus far. Ukraine may want strategic objectives to launch offensives in summer, but that would be limited.
We must assume if either side launches a ‘huge’ (not small contained with specific goals) then the impetus is political and not smart strategically. Therefore, based upon past performance, I suspect the Russians will do it.
Sorry, I don’t trust the opinions of people who work for the defense industry.
“Yeah, the “propaganda machine” has certainly covered up the “fact” that Russian Troops overran Kiev in February 2022.”
Or Ukraine been #winning since April or they massing a million man army or they losing only a minimal amount of military hardware and manpower or they kicking ass and taking names in Bakhmut or that the Ghost of Kyiv was real...I could go on.
McGreagr said no early than 12/10 no later than 12/19 540K
are going to attack...
Clock is ticking.....
MacGregor was also the first to suggest that the Ukrainians had lost over 100K men, you know, long before Der Fuhrer UrsalaIdiot dropped the truth bomb on your peddlers a week or so ago......
Go figure, huh!?
By the way, how does an ex-Defense Minister mistaken or confuse soldiers with officers given her initial before edit mention was 100K OFFICERS and her edited script afterwards became 100K soldiers?
One thing I noticed and wondered about was his comment on the state of the Ukrainian officer cadre.
He said they have been attritioned to the point where they have little veteran leadership left. I think he compared them to the German army of late 1943 where they still had a big army but few of the sergeants and lower level officers that were so successful in Poland, Greece, France etc.
I think one Way or another this winter will reveal who has been lying the most.
Yep we shall see!
“He said they have been attritioned to the point where they have little veteran leadership left.”
It’s basically an assertion that suggest that all the veteran Ukrainian soldiers, etc. have been either attrited - killed or casualties have seen them removed from the battlefield.
That Ukraine military forces are running with basically under-experienced or green officers and troops.
some recent reports within the last few days have openly said, I believe it was the guy who runs the US Mozart Group, that stated that the Ukrainians are fielding men ‘who have never fired a gun before’.
Paragraphs are your friend.
“Ukraine closely guards its casualty figures, but its forces are believed to be suffering badly around Bakhmut.
“They’ve been taking extraordinarily high casualties,” Milburn said of the units training with Mozart. “The numbers you are reading in the media about 70 percent and above casualties being routine are not exaggerated.”
Despite their “tremendous morale,” Milburn said the defenders “have an acute ‘regeneration problem,’ which means getting new recruits into the line as quickly as possible.” This means those being thrown into the fight have little beyond basic training.
“Typically about 80 percent of our intake who are coming off of the line have NEVER EVEN FIRED A WEAPON BEFORE (emphasis mine),” Milburn said.”

That thought tripped my processer.
Growing up, I don't remember knowing any guy that had never fired a gun but by the time I was teaching school, I suspect many boys had not.
The right to own guns only counts if exercised.
As a result, Ukraine's combat troops are far better led, trained, supplied, and supported than those of Russia. And unlike the Russian practice of putting and keeping troops in the line until they are militarily ineffective, Ukraine pulls exhausted troops out for recovery, resupply, and to absorb replacements. Sadly, for Russia, there are numerous accounts of untrained and unequipped conscripts sent into the front lines and slaughtered.
I often think about that..people who see right in front of their eyes, yet still deny. Reminds me of the Pharisees who saw Jesus raise Lazarus...still didnt believe.
