The former NFL player who was charged with the murder of his ex-girlfriend about 15 months after she vanished allegedly burned her body after killing her, according to court documents released Wednesday.
Kevin Ware Jr., a former tight end for the San Francisco 49ers, was out on bail for an unrelated charge when his ex-girlfriend, 29-year-old Taylor Pomaski, went missing on April 25, 2021, after a party at her Texas home.
Newly released court documents cited by KPRC-TV allege that Ware Jr. killed Pomaski and then burned her corpse afterward, burying the remains.
A body wasn’t found until December 2021, nine months after her disappearance, and was not positively identified as Pomaski until April 29, 2022, FOX 5 NY reported.

Yep. If you're an American father with daughters, all you can do is hope that your daughters have good judgment.
Now we can see some virtues of certain cultures, let's say India. If you are the parent, you do not have to worry about your daughter making this kind of mistake. You get to pick out the guy yourself from a well-known family.
You are probably right. Also the glamour and panache of dating an NFL player. She thought she hit the big times.
Maybe in other times the Indian dowry system worked, but these days it makes everybody miserable.
I know a few Indian women in their 30s/40s who didn’t have a choice in their marriage. To say their lives are a prison cell is an understatement. Everybody is unhappy in that arrangement it seems - except dads and moms.
She should have been a little more wary.
