I'm contracting for a "high-tech" company who is now mandating all employees and contractors get the jab. Not sure how I'm going to fight this, but it's interesting that the military has issued a similar statement today. This is where my rubber meets the road. Advice from you all is welcome except for the "just get another job".
Do you work fully remote? If not, there may not be much of an option for you.

Sorry I can’t help you on this. I left a great job in the corporate world long before COVID because I had no interest in dealing with the idiocy that passed for managerial decisions at that company.
I would refuse to get the shot, make them fire me and then sue their ass to hell and back!
The company requires on site. But yea, not a lot of options.
I know someone who can get you a real fake vaccine card.
Ask to work remote.
Religious exemption. The vaccines are all developed with aborted fetal tissue.
Get vaccinated.

Take a picture with your phone and save it. There is no requirement to have a physical copy.

The only thing I can think of is that, if a company is requiring a vaccine it is taking on all responsibility of medical liability.
I’d go see a lawyer in regards to the law, first. Second, make an appointment with the doctor and get your vitals officially recorded.
It will be evidence in court against the company for you or, which I hope not, your widow.
You answered your own question with your, besides get another job, comment. You will take the jab because getting another job is off the table.
I would hope they provide for religious or medical exemptions. Our company also went full Karen on vaccine mandates, but allowed for those exemptions. I talked with my doctor and based on my medical history and the potential for adverse reaction, he ok’d an exemption for me.
This really is, I hope, peak hysteria on this pandemic and if it follows the trajectory of the 1918 flu, it should all collapse and go away by April 2022.
