Mr. mm and my son both set up an LLC, which keeps the business separate from the personal property.
You have to choose a name and file for it in whatever state you are in. They check to make sure the name is not already in use. There’s a small fee for it. I’ll ask one of them a bit later. It would also be good to have legal advice and an accountant for estimated business taxes.
It’s not complicated, but you don’t want to run afoul of the IRS.

I work in a hospital where 40% of us remain unvaccinated. They’re putting it off until November or December, but it’s coming- we represent different races and all the way from administration, docs, pharmacists, chaplains, nurses, housekeeping, engineering, cafeteria, etc. We’ll see.
Glad to know you stood strong- it’s not easy. Thank you.
Is it worth risking your life and health to keep the job?
The R code on the card is easily verifiable. it is how many who try are “caught.”
How do they determine wlthat a religious exemption is valid?

No idea.
Nope. That’s why I’m out.
I’m HOPING my employer terminates my employment. I e been with them so long I’ll get 2 years 8 months of severance. That’s enough to take me to my well earned retirement eff em.

I was planning to retire in December of next year. But it may be wise to get out while I can.
