You would lose like everyone else that has sued, so you would be unemployed, and broke from attorney fees
A contractor will have little success suing a company that chooses to release him from his contract.

A friend of mine who works in a Walmart store (in a town with low covid rates), has been told to mask up or be terminated.
The saying goes, you can't fight city hall. Corollary, you can't sue Walmart.
Now, if you work for a smaller organization, assets only a few hundred million, maybe you can sue; that is, until you run out of money.
For most workers, it isn't feasible to resist. They have no cushion, they're just getting by. Unemployment won't understand their principled stand. Take the jab or lose the job, period.
