My son and son-in-law believe that they will face this. Neither wants to take the “vaccine”. One has had COVID, but the other has not.
So, first, have you had COVID? The reason I ask is that that could change the way you research.
If you have not had COVID, then, your only choice, if you wish to comply in order to keep your job, is to find the “safest” “vaccine” alternative. That would be the “vaccine” which is least likely to give you unwanted side-effects and most likely to keep you from contracting COVID.
The last observation from the previous paragraph is why I would really like breakthrough statistics by “vaccine” type. But most articles fail to provide that tracking.
If you have had COVID, then you could take a run at getting an antibody test if you can find a doctor who will give you a cover letter stating that a “vaccine” does not provide further protection for you and will only submit you to, otherwise, unneeded risk.
You need to decide now whether you will be willing to sign a liability waiver for this employer vis a vis taking the “vaccine”. If they ask you to sign a waiver, then it is certainly reasonable to suggest that you should not have all the burden of risk. If the “vaccine” is so safe, then why would they need a waiver?
If you have had COVID, then your choice of “vaccine” should be based solely on which one gives the least side effects.
Finally, if you can drag your feet, then (1) this whole surge thing may have blown over, (2) there may be enough push back on enough fronts that your employer will back off, or (3) you may have another “vaccine” choice, i.e., Novavax.

These so-called "vaccines" are doing nothing the safeguard anyone's health. Additionally, this is a treatable disease. There is no need for a vaccine, especially one that is experimental and has its own dangerous side effects. We need to stop treating this like the bogeyman and treat as we do all other corona viruses.
Sorry for situation. I’d recommend, like others have, finding others at your job in same situation. This kind of push-back requires numbers.

I work in NJ and so far out of the 40 people in our company me and another person are not vaccinated. NJ has been talking about making it law to be vaccinated. I know it’s coming especially since our owners are woke.
For me, I had covid and recovered. I also have an auto immune disorder and there no reason for me to be vaccinated as I have natural immunity.
My wife and I pray on this daily as we know it’s coming. But for me I simply can not replace my health with a job. Once health is lost the job is pretty much senseless anyway.
Seems like you've answered your own question and don't like the answer. They are free to make this requirement and you are free to work elsewhere.
As an "essential worker" I voluntarily opted to vaccinate months ago. I chose Moderna. Honestly I'm tired of the pandemic, I'm tired of PPE. I had hopes of some "normalcy" but it was short-lived.
I don't have the time or energy to sort the fear porn (oh no! it's delta & lambda coming to get you!) from reality. I wonder if Biden will put us in lockdown for the holidays because it's looking pretty clear covid isn't going away this year.
It is a crime of conspiracy to ask any one else to commit a crime. I advise strongly to NOT break any laws. You will carry that record the rest of your working life.
With 0.002% risk from the jabs based on VAERS data, there is no need to be afraid of the jabs. But you are free to give up the job. I am against mandates.

You have no idea how many people received these shots.
The FBI considers a fake vaccination card to be illegal use of a government seal which carries a fine of $5000 or 5 years in prison. Religious exemption is probably your best bet.
Or you could just get vaccinated.
Contact your county health department or goto your health insurance provider to get your vaccine.
Johnson and Johnson is one shot. The others require two with a two week gap inbetween.

When they vaccinate you, they also put you into a federal database. It can be accessed by the states.
I know at least one University here is checking cards against the database.
If they are not that zealous you could be ok.
They are prosecuting people and it is a fine and up to five years in prison, but I think those are for the fakers themselves.
Idk why people are so scared of this vaccine. We got ours in Feb. In a nursing home filled with very old and fragile people, some on hospice. They are all still alive and doing great, as we are...
