The only thing I can think of is that, if a company is requiring a vaccine it is taking on all responsibility of medical liability.

I’d go see a lawyer in regards to the law, first. Second, make an appointment with the doctor and get your vitals officially recorded.

I would hope they provide for religious or medical exemptions. Our company also went full Karen on vaccine mandates, but allowed for those exemptions. I talked with my doctor and based on my medical history and the potential for adverse reaction, he ok’d an exemption for me.

This really is, I hope, peak hysteria on this pandemic and if it follows the trajectory of the 1918 flu, it should all collapse and go away by April 2022.

There's another thread up where a freaking gym was requiring proof of vaccination as a condition for continued access and membership. My question would be by what regulation or statute gives them express legal authority to demand such a thing.
