There's another thread up where a freaking gym was requiring proof of vaccination as a condition for continued access and membership. My question would be by what regulation or statute gives them express legal authority to demand such a thing.

As a NASM trainer, I can tell you that you don’t need a gym to stay fit...especially not in this day of virtual personal training.

There's no law in this country anymore. Hell, just a few days ago the president himself defied a Supreme Court order and completely got away with it.

When the President of the United States tells the Supreme Court to piss off, companies can make up whatever rules they want.
