But I will make my own meat and veggie mixes if she does not mind.

Farmed fish? Why not wild caught? And I don’t see one of the major food groups on there. Specifically beer. Or potato chips. Or ice cream.

That’s a mighty ignorant list (nearly all of it), right down to the protein powder. Those in the know will grasp it.
But what do I know: I’m just a dumb autodidact & ‘vaccine’ denier.../s

I alway have all three. For me a bag of chips will last several days. I also have a lot of nuts, including mixed nuts, pistachios, trail mix, jumbo redskin peanuts, pistachios, almonds, walnuts and pecans. And microwave popcorn. I bought a shaker of white cheddar that I put on my well-buttered popcorn when it’s hot and it’s as good as any cheese popcorn I ever had. I want to see how it goes with vegetables next time I make some.

I use protein powder in smoothies. In fact, I’m almost out. Time to order some more.

With carbs, it's a matter where they are on the index scale. Most fruits and veggies are low index. Potatoes and pasta are high index. Any wonder that Latina and Black women are so fat? Pasta and breads which most women crave.
I've watched my wife go through every diet out there. Guess which one she lost the most pounds most quickly. Clue: other than wrestlers, guess why body builders are so lean (steroids notwithstanding).

Maybe the Chilean Farmed Salmon Association? :-)
“Chilean Farmed Salmon Another great way to get your protein is through fish, specifically Chilean farmed salmon.”

They lost me at “farmed salmon.” Fish farms are generally filthy. I only eat wild-caught Alaskan salmon. Costco has wonderful, well-priced Alaskan salmon burgers. Eating one as I type. And then I’ll have ice cream for dessert.

Are the Costco salmon burgers wild caught salmon?
I’ll have to check those out, next time, if so.
